Installed MT5 on my Android phone and realized that there still seems to be no button or menu item to log off from an account. 3 Questions

- Is this true (no log out option, just the option to delete the account), or am I overlooking something?

- If there is still no regular log out option - what’s the idea behind this? After so many years this can not be just negligence, right?

- Let’s say I have a Live account and a Demo account at the same broker. Let’s say I am logged into my Live account and do some real trading. After I am finished with trading, I log into my Demo account, will I be logged out automatically from my Live account?

I had booked for next week (17.06.2026) a flight to Thailand and have yet to book a flight out of Thailand as I want to visit various places and want some flexibility. Now I am a citizen of one of the countries whose 60 days entry visas will be reduced to 30 days. Afaik this new 30 days rule will only be enforced at the border 15 days after it was published in the Royal Gazette and again afaik this has not happened yet. So, if I book a flight say 50 days after my entry I should be ok, right?

I know this might be a very unusual case but believe me, it’s a real one. I am at the moment (as a tourist) in Malaysia and had already booked (some time ago) a flight to Thailand starting next week as my visa for Malaysia expires around that time. Now unfortunately my little bag was stolen here in KL containing (among other things) my passport all my cash and my credit card. I was able the get a preliminary passport for 1 year from my embassy and fortunately I still have my smartphone with (another) VISA debit card in my Google wallet (but not physically with me). Here in KL my hotel offers to hand me out cash and charge my Debit card in my Google wallet plus 8% surcharge. Immediately after the theft I blocked the stolen VISA card and ordered a replacement card that my bank will only send to my home address in Europe. To make a long story short the card might not be delivered to me here in KL before I have to leave the country for Thailand and so I might arrive in Thailand without a physical VISA card with me.

Because of the above I have the following questions:

- Are there any ATMs in Thailand where I can draw money via NFC using my VISA debit card in my Google wallet.

- How common is paying via NFC and smartphone wallets in Thailand? What about public transport, taxis, hotels, mini- and supermarkets?

- Is it possible to easily open a bank account and transfer some money to it. (Here in Malaysia this seems to be impossible for tourists).

Unfortunately my passport was stolen together with my (paper) notebook while I am on holidays abroad. Of course I reported this to the local police and my embassy. Now I am not sure if (and how) I should inform Interactive Brokers about this theft because I am afraid the thieves could use my passport and information from my notebook for hacking my accounts via social engineering and identity theft. The local police thinks this is not necessary and my embassy confirmed that my stolen passport will be invalid yet I don’t know if banks and brokers can check if a passport is still valid. What would you do?

When I click on an existing note, it opens and Obsidian makes sure that the end of the note is displayed in case the whole note doesn’t fit. I would like the exact opposite behaviour: A note, when opened should always be presented from the top / start of the note. I am sure there must be a setting / preference for this but I can’t find it.

I learned I have to click the Info symbol in order not be tricked by Apple into updating to Tahoe. So far so good (or bad). But when I do that the size of the download still shows 4.65 GB instead of the 1.95 GB I see widely reported as the size of the Sequoia update. So what is actually getting downloaded here? Is it safe to download an update of this size or will it install Tahoe despite the fact that I deselected it?
