Gouda left in chiller for 5+ years

So I bought a small block of Goudse Boerenkaas in Dutch back in 2020, I did cut it out and taste it back in the day, but it's been sitting in my chiller compartment in the fridge since then. Is it generslly safe to eat now? Or did I waste a full block of cheese?

(Please don't tell me buy another mouse, it still serves me great and I know how to solder)

Severe X sliding

So I got a severe X sliding issue, my setting is MKS robin e3 v1.1 with klipper. Since I change to direct drive, I change the lighter 34mm motor of the X axis to extruder and the heavy 40mm motor of the extruder to the X axis for more torque. And now I'm having this kind of X sliding. Please help me

Why does my first layer test look like this?

My ender 3 board is mks robin e3 v1.1 with pi zero 2w for klipper. Benchy and other small first layer stuff prints normal but first layer calibration always comes out like this.
