Anyone with experience getting back together with a long-term bf/gf/husband/wife/etc after leaving for or entering another relationship while in an episode (especially if you moved in together)?

For example: discarded your (long-term) significant other, moved out, met a new “soulmate” and completed a million relationship milestones at warp speed — including moving in together…but then somehow ended up back with the long-term person you discarded?

Anyone with experience getting back together with a long-term BPSO that was in left for or entered another relationship while in an episode (especially if they moved in together)?

For example: (long-term) BPSO discarded you, moved out, met a new “soulmate” and completed a million relationship milestones at warp speed — including moving in together…but then somehow ended up back with you.

Helped This Litterbug Put All Her Trash Back in Her Car

The driver of this vehicle thought that the middle of the road in Old Town was the appropriate place to empty all the trash from her car. When I was kind enough to pick it all up for her and put it back in her possession she was equally kind in telling me to (quite surprisingly) “suck [her] f*cking nuts!” 🥵

Where do you draw the line between “the illness” and a willing disregard for morals/empathy/etc.?

There’s infinite discussion about forgiveness, whether those affected are “fully in control” during episodes, etc. But where do you draw the line between “the illness” and a willing disregard for morals/empathy/etc.?

Neighbor has 4 Dogs, 3+ Cats, and 6 Kids in a 1BR/1BA

Hey y’all…as the title says, a neighbor of mine has 4 Dogs, 3+ Cats (none are fixed and one is pregnant), and 6 Kids in a 1BR/1BA. Unfortunately too the parents are on a housing voucher, SNAP, etc. and therefore don’t have a lot of extra to care for the ever-growing menagerie…

And because of (I’m assuming) the tight quarters, the kids (all under 8yo and who LOVE to take glass from recycle bins and smash it down all over the alley) and animals are allowed to run wild all over the neighborhood most days; this includes on increasingly hot days like today without water, etc.

Any reasonable/ethical/practical suggestions here?

Awareness After Entering a Relationship During an Episode

For those that have discarded a long-term partner and/or entered a new relationship while in an episode, how long did it take to realize you had made a big mistake? And did that realization happen gradually or all at once?

(Ex)BPSO Traveling Abroad with New “Soulmate”

Together 7+ years before discard.
Three months later he met his “twin flame” “soulmate” and was already talking about marriage, love, etc. and even introduced them to the entire family as God’s gift to us all. Then, only three months after meeting the new soulmate moved into my exBPSO’s house (my house). And now, they’re traveling to Europe together (to “celebrate their three months”…and the new soulmate’s birthday, who’s 10+ years older).

Bonus: BPSO took two houses, enough money to make me sick, and my business — all of which I single-handedly built and sacrificed relentlessly for, for a third of my entire life. Oh and all shortly after I was diagnosed with MS. 🥳
