Hey guys we bought a Sony X1 4k android tv of 43 inch in 2022 for around 50k on amazon two months ago it fell down from the wall mount stand ( the tv wall mount broke off from wall), and the display is badly cracked , it was used very less prob around 100hrs in 4 years because rarely anyone watched tv in that room what should i do ? Should i get it repaired the official customer care quote was of 18k for display along with diagnose and visiting charge round off around 20k , should i get it repaired or should i buy a new one off amazon ? , Sony new tv is still around 45k but i am able to get a deal on samsung for 30k , i need 4k only but which option makes sense is there much difference in quality of sony and samsung ?? also what can i do of that broken tv can it be sold ? , please guide me what is the right choice ??
