I saw this doll at a flea market. I think the printed date was between 1997 and 1999? Super cool, I wanted it but not for the price lol

I saw these Skechers at a flea market and I SWEAR I had these when I was little, maybe I got them in 2004 or 2006? Does anyone remember these?
