Hello everyone! I hope this isn’t violating the rules.
I’ve been baking focaccia for a while now, and I always seem to have the same issue: the dough sticks to the pan.
I mix my dough until it’s fully developed, then leave it in a plastic container to relax while performing a few stretch and folds.
After that, I transfer it to a very well-oiled tray, shape it into the focaccia, let it rest for another 30 minutes to an hour, then dimple it again, add my toppings, and bake it.
I’ve tried using different amounts of oil—to the point where I feel like I’m wasting olive oil, which is pretty expensive. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Hello guys, this is my first post on Reddit about my car. As the title says, my wife hit the passenger-side rear door on a column. The bottom skirt is bent, and now the door won’t open.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I’ve been trying to find videos online, but there’s not much available. If anyone has any helpful videos or advice, I’d really appreciate it.
The door itself isn’t too expensive, so I could probably buy a replacement and install it. But the bottom skirt looks really difficult to bend back into shape from what I’ve seen online.
Do I need a flat bed tow truck ? Or a regular tow truck can tow my Tesla ?
On the AAA app doesn’t specify what they sending and I know many here have mentioned you shouldn’t tow a Tesla if wheel are not touching.
