PDW muzzle device recs

Hello,
Looking for a compensator of some sort for a pdw sized build that has some sort of qd functionality for a suppressor, which I intend to get later on. I’m looking at the cat mob suppressor, which has hub compatibility so it should take a variety of qd mounts, but I’m not hell bent on that and would like some practical feedback from folks. Primary concern for the MD is controlling muzzle climb unsuppressed.

Intersex amab but had a strange puberty, supplementing with estrogen.

Looking for something everyday thats kinda concealing for regular wear, something more highlighting of my curves for special occasions, and something I can use for athletic stuff (wicking, breathable, supporting)

More practice! Rock worm and elk hair caddis

Worm I gotta practice dubbing a little better, and get more neat with my copper wrapping

I’m actually pretty proud of the caddis aside from the hackle length.
