Yautja-Drukhari Hybrid

Yautja-Drukhari Hybrid

He was grown in a Homonculus Lab, with DNA taken from the corpses of a dissected Yautja male and a Drukhari Wych who had been killed in the arena.

Was"raised" by memory flashes from both parents as he grew in the clone vat. It took a full year for him to grow to biological maturity until he was released from the clone vat when he was fully grown.

Now he serves as a gladiator in the gladiatorial pits of Commorragh.

Has anyone else developed a reluctance to be dependent on prescriptions?

I'm not talking about conditions such as diabetes and asthma, things where not using prescribed medications isn't an option.

I'm more referring conditions as cholesterol, mental health issues, and other things that can be managed with lifestyle adjustments.

Pardon if this post is a bit all over the place, I'm trying to keep my thoughts coherent as I write this up.

For me, I developed this mindset due to being constantly on various medications for much of my childhood. Ritalin and the like. Turns out, as I found out in my early, I had Aspergers Syndrome, and my doctor told my parents to never tell me. I don't talk to that doctor anymore and I have found much better ones.

I only found out I had Aspergers when I ended up in wilderness therapy for alcoholism, substance abuse, psychosis, and increasingly violent episodes.

I'm happy to say that I have been sober for 12 and a half years as I am writing this.

When it comes to prescription medications, I only take them if I absolutely need them, such as I am currently taking anti-depressants due to losing a parent, with the goal of getting off of them eventually.

When it comes to things such as cholesterol, sodium, and blood pressure, I'll typically adjust my diet and lifestyle, so I don't need to take medications. Whenever my doctor discusses the possibility of taking meds, I counter with "how can I not need to take meds", such as adjusting my diet and lifestyle. He sometimes acts concerned, though other times me commends me for this mindset.

So far, this has led to me leading a highly active lifestyle, I eat healthy, and besides those anti-depressants, I don't need to take any meds. Up until recently, I hadn't taken any medications in years, as I had my mental health under control though that active/healthy lifestyle, healthy hobbies, a network of trusted friends, as well as utilizing coping mechanisms that I learned in therapy.

However, I have butted heads with people over this. One of my younger sisters takes medications to manage her cholesterol yet thinks it's "ridiculous" that I make these medical choices, and how she insists that "taking meds is normal" and that I "shouldn't have to give up the finer things in life" such as limiting my red meat intake, per my doctor's suggestion.

I also have been mocked a few times by people, being called an "antivaxxer" despite I do take vaccinations when needed.

Again, pardon if this is all over the place. Just trying to see if other people have a similar mindset of making diet and lifestyle adjustments instead of taking medications?

Edit: grammar

Update: I know I've ticked off a few people in the comments, and I know that the ones who aren't using alt accounts to comment and downvote my other comments are going through the comments and downvoting my other comments.

It's honestly just pitiful. Find someone better to do.

My Homebrew Chaos Astartes Chapter: The Verdant Host (artwork credit goes to Mayhem Manny)

A Verdant Host Astartes stands watch as two Carrion Bloom Cultists harvest fruit from Bloom Orchards.

While in the realm of Nurgle worship, these cultists and their Astartes Worship the Chaos Lord known as the Unburied Saint, a former Death Gaurd whose body mutated to become a vessel of the Carrion Bloom, a fungal super organism that creates accelerated flora growth wherever is spreads.

From the fields of dead upon deserted battlefields, wherever the Verdant Host invades, berry bushes and fruit trees grow within days.

Be they friend or foe, all become fertilizer for the Bloom Orchards.

Edit: The Chaos Catch is that when Cultists die, not only are their bodies used as fertilizer, their souls are kept in a state of bliss as they are slowly consumed by a lesser Chaos God who is a "daughter" of Nurgle.

The cultists think their souls are going to some paradise, though it's basically the soul equivalent of being kept drugged up by large Tyranid as it slowly devours you piece by piece.

You are so high and blissed out that you don't even know you are being eaten until you simply lose consciousness and cease to exist.

A Fursona Couple that I came up with. Daryl and Skip.

Thought them up because I love the outdoors and going to the gym. Daryl is the Wolf, Skip is the Fox. Two guys who go to the gym together as a couple.

Some of the comments from people defending a disgusting ship, and people who call it for being perverse being called "antis". What the hell is wrong with that subreddit?

I wonder if we will see a modern version of him in the day and age? Dude started with dirty magazines, and then he just couldn't stop gooning. He gooned all the way to prison. (seriously, google him)

Second Civil War: Mukbanger gets arrested by Communist Militia members

Having been lying about having five dependants, Benjamin Harrow, known as Mukbanger internet personality Big Benny Bites, is arrested after his starving neighbors informed the People's Relief Militia of his lies and food hoarding. During a famine no less, and he had the audacity to keep making his videos.

In fact, his now ex-wife and four kids had left him three years before the war started, due to his Mukbanger content. They are at a UN Refugee Camp up in Canada.

While his two neighbors have been rewarded for their efforts with three days worth of extra rations, Big Benny is unlikely to survive the next 48 hours. Given how his lies led to people wasting away from starvation.

40k; The spiritual embodiment of the Bloom.

In the material plane, it's a sentient fungal super organism.

The fungus that is behind the Carrion Bloom cult.

When those who worship the Bloom die, their souls become one with the Bloom, while their bodies are buried to be fertilizer for the orchards.

The faces you see upon her skin are the souls of the dead; kept in a state of bliss and peace as they are gradually consumed.

This is how she appears in Nurgle's garden. Grandfather Nurgle views her as something between a daughter, an extension of his will, and something new in the cycle of decay.

I wrote the character myself, I just used AI to create the image.

The beginnings of a Carrion Bloom Orchard.

Deep in a ruined Administratum Archive, a Rootmother and two Rootfathers are regularly fed by Carrion Bloom Cultists and two recent converts to the cult.

Though their bodies were terminally ill under Imperium rule, the Carrion Bloom gives them new purpose as their deaths approach.

Fed fruit grown from the countless dead upon nearby battlefields, their bodies are turned into living fertilizer by the will of the Bloom.

Though they eat til their bodies rapidly fatten and their organs fail, all they feel is bliss and peace.

For once they pass on, their bodies will form the foundation for a new Orchard of the Carrion Bloom.

Carrion Bloom Cultists recruiting Astra Milatarum survivors after the Imperium declared Agri-World Verdanth Prime to be lost.

With Orchards grown from the countless dead, be they friend or foe, the Carrion Bloom Cult takes root upon the Agri World. The battle between the Imperium and Chaos Astartes was fierce.

The Imperium forces having been defeated; the World Eater Astartes have moved on, while the Verdant Host Astartes and their Cultists have taken root.

They recruit not through force or threat; merely by feeding those who are lost, tired, and hungry.

This is how the Bloom spreads, and how it forever endures.

Personally, I'm someone who is very careful about AI. Both from the Terminator franchise, as well seeing many people I know lose their jobs to AI.

However, when I was working overnight shifts (I work as a security guard), I began using chat GPT to entertain myself. I started this habit when my dad was dying from cancer and to get through those difficult shifts.

Start with asking it to write stories, giving it small prompts and questions to give me something to read.

I feel conflicted over this.
