Looking for Secret spots in Fukuoka and Kyushu region

Hi everybody :) do you have any recommendations that are not on the typical "Things to do in Fukuoka" list?

For example 2 years ago we found by accident people talk about the GEAR non verbal theater in Kyoto which was amazing and as it seems not many people knew about it outside of Japan.

Do you know about more experiences like that in Fukuoka or the Kyushu region?
