I had aka 10 months ago from compazine and have a tiny bit of td shaking internally. I took hydroxyzine lowest dose for 5 weeks and then stopped and my akathisia is beyond. Worse than before it’s full inner agitation chemical toxic shaking and I can’t take one more minute of it
I had aka 10 months ago from 1 dose of compazine. It settled but I’ve had some bouts of I believe dystonia/ aka around my period that only last a night or so. I started taking hydroxyzine for sleep 4/5 times a week 12.5 mg for about a month and I didn’t take it for 4 days and i’m now in the worst akathisia i’ve ever been in. This med is an antihistamine but i’m seeing it affects dopamine. It’s been 3 days 24/7 and I’m surviving min by min. Restlessness and inner chemical adrenal dumps and it feels like i’m dying 24/7, muscle jerks, chest burning and trembling in my head and chest. I don’t think I’m gonna survive this one.
Is anyone’s main symptom they feel like their brain and eyes don’t connect? Like you feel blind but can see?
Is anyones main symptom it feels like your brain can’t process what you see? Like my eyes are inside my head or something. I can see fine it’s just not registering
I’m curious of anyone’s thoughts on this. I’ve had vss for almost a year now. My static is translucent but I also have most other symptoms of vss if not all.
I had an aura migraine 4 weeks ago and it put me into this disconnect state. My vision is now disconnected from my brain. I can see fine, but what i’m looking at isn’t processing. Like my eyes are stuck in my head. I know derealization can also feel like this so i’m just lost. Someone told me it’s cortical spreading depression or persistent migraine.
Any insight or anyone that got out of derealization after vss onset lmk.
