Guys , i got an offer for package handler fedex express, should i give it a try? All i see is pure hate for this position in the subs.

This makes me really doubt about my next step, so i am considering at this point what to do. I Have 48 hours to accept or decline.

And i thought i'll ask the folks in here what's your opinion

Fedex express is the same as ground for that position?, i think it's an early morning gig, prolly 4 am.

I need some extra cash and probably apply for driver position, i was with usps but they really treat you like dog shit so i moved on.

I can say i have some experience working in brutal conditions.

Hello, following a previous post that i did about my application with SW.

Today i received a msg from a recruiter telling me the manager is interested in speaking with me. so i called the store.

He was at lunch but one thing that caught my attention, the staff member told me this:

"He is not here atm, he is at lunch but he isn't aware or expecting your call. He hasn't review applications yet, in the next couple days he will be reviewing and if you're selected he'll be in touch".

-do you recommend to me call him once he is back? because i was instructed by a recruiter from your store.

"Umm not really because as i mentioned he hasn't review your application nor expecting your call"

I assume he was the supervisor.

So my question is:

Why a recruiter is giving me misleading directions?

I was confused after that, i sent the recruiter a msg asking if the manager was expecting my call

And she ghosted me, no answer back.

Recruiter vs hiring manager, any idea what's going on?

Hi, I just finished the video interview, the first one. I did a nice effort and i am happy with the result, I was a courier for the postal service and also i have warehouse experience, the only thing missing is experience with paint, idk much about it but i learn fast, i think i have the qualifications needed to perform right.

But my question is it hard to get the job?

Hello fine people , i have shoulder length hair currently growing it out, the thing is my shampoo is drying my hair a lot, i wash it 2 times a week but definitely my shampoo sucks, i use pantene shampoo and conditioner and my hair ends dry like hay, i have this feeling of not doing any good to my hair.

My hair is wavy not split ends i just got a trim not too long ago quite healthy, just missing it out on this topic, i have no clue.
