Been losing my hair and shaved it...still getting use to it [35] to [36]

I had a full set of hair 15 years ago, but slowly started to lose the genetic lottery! I shaved my head about 3 weeks ago, still getting use to it.

Italy visa application turnaround times?

Hi Everyone

What is the recent turnaround times for a Tourist Schengen (italy) visa? I applied through VFS global Sandton and the application is with the Consulate at the moment.

I have been made aware of a US trip that is comming up for work and need to apply for a visa, so just trying to get my planning right.

Any responses will be appreciated!

I did it two weeks ago, what it meant to me

I was so nervous shaving my head, the thoughts through my head was, "would I be less attractive, would people look funny at me, what if my head shape is off?" The second Pic is me with hair.

But doing it felt like a weight off my shoulder, firstly I did not have to make sure my hair is styled in a certain way to hide the baldness. Secondly I save money on haircuts now, haha!

I am lighter, I am happier!

It is different now, I am over the fright I had when I saq myself in the mirror every time and in the new routine to shave my head every other day. I also need to remember to moisturize and have sunscreen on, but that is probably a good habit with hair too.

The funniest thing now is the Velcro hair, haha, my head sticking to the shirt I am trying to put on. I have a chuckle every time.

So to my fellow bro's out there struggling, you may feel less confident at first, but it does return. People actually forget what I looked like with hair.

Take the plunge and do it! If you, for some reason, hate it, your hair does grow back 😀

I wonder what he did with his first 100 days in office?

He has been there for 100 days! I know some of you have had pokemon for longer than this, but don't know why this feels like an achievement!

Update: after all the motivation from my last post I did it...

The tan lines are making me feel a bit self conscious, and I still get a fright when I walk past a mirror.

Not sure if it is a glow up though 😅

Male Hairstylist - transition to bald

Hi everyone

I am M36 and I would like to find a hairstylist that can help me transition to bald.

My hair has been thinning over the last few years, and I think I may be ready to go bald.

I don't think I should go bald in one go as it will probably shock me 🤣 or maybe that's what I need.

I am very indecisive and need someone that can guide me and advise me through the process.

I searched on this sub, and there was one post, but people were giving advice to the guy on going bald and not recommending hairstylist.

Any recommendations?
