How do I go about getting a rent reduction/compensation for mould?

I made a request for it to be addressed ages ago, each step has been procrastinated its been about 3 months and treatment was only approved a week ago, with no actually date booked due to wait list. I also get the feeling my property manager has a very low opinion of me, like being slow to organise getting the lease resigned and other stuff, she probably suspects me of unapproved subletting (correctly, but without proof), occasionally forgetting to send rent on the right date, and I damaged a shelf a few years back. I feel like I'm a naughty child about to ask for privileges that only good kids get. But the mould room is now in pretty bad shape, the last person left because of it and no one else wants to fill the room.

Cheap, esay, if a bit ugly.

If anyone has suggestions of somthing new to put in would love to hear.

Its made with cat net + zip ties and random shelf things I had. If anyone else wants to avoid construction and costs, Im sure simmilar shelf things could be found online for cheap.

I can open the frount by unhooking the net.

Please note, if you're going to try somthing like this, it has to be spesficly cat net so they cant rip it, and you need to make certain there is no where that can push through gaps and get out or some how tangled in the net. Also note how, in the last photo at the openable frount, the net goes down the cat side and up under to hook at the frout of the wood, not right down the frount side, which would be much easier to escape from.

My new cat used to have freeroam outdoor access and isnt adjusting well to being indoor only.

Ive never had a cat before, somone rehomed one with me. He used to have out door access but I live in a busy area so I dont think it would be safe. I keep him indoors + harnessed walks now but its not enough for him, its driving both of us mad.

Ive had him 3 weeks and been taking him out in a harness for 4 days.

Hes 1.5 years old, and wants to be very active. I just cant spend as much time walking him as he wants. He spends hours and hours siting at doors and windows meowing. Ive opend them with a fly screen so he can smell the air but it dosent change a thing, he just paces and pulls at the screen and meows.

I took him out for an hour before I went to bed last night, he didnt want to come back. The next morning its all meowing at the door again, I dont want to be bound to taking him out both morning and night, even when I have he hasnt been satisfied. Maybe I was mis guided in thinking cats were less demanding than a dog.

Ive considered a catio, but I figgure this would be the same issue as looking through the fly screen.

I hide his dry food around the house and use a puzzle feeder. I dont know what else I can provide for him to do without my input. Im not sure weather I can satisfy his stimulation needs, and how much of it is somthing he can adjust to.

Whats a good recipe for a Vodka, Lychee, eldeflower and Lime drink?

I am not a cocktail bartender, but we are doing a private function today and the owner of our venue has just told me they want a drink with these flavours, I have a few tins of lychee, with syrup, which I have strained out, and elderflower syrup.

I dont want to waste it testing ratios, aside, the event is in a few hours and I have to set up.

The Play Spotify Playlists action has stopped working on my routines.

I have 2 routines that are still triggering fine and doing all the other actions normally, including "Play Music." I have tried resetting the playlist in the action, but they still don't get executed.
I'm using an S23. If anyone knows why this has happened and how to fix it, that would be fantastic.

One of our FOBs is very tricky to get to floating when changing the keg, it also often just sinks mid keg, and the sight glass will end up half empty and need pulling back through. Owners have no interest in fixing it.

My supervisors have various tricks to make it float, but I feel like I would be able to do it better if I understood how it worked, they never have time to explain when it needs doing. They often release the coupler for a bit, but this has never worked for me. I'm also not sure what the difference in function between the leaver on the top (release valve?) and the button on the front (lifter?) of the sight glass is. I just know to pull the top bit, till the sight is full, then press the button and hope the float will rise. If I understood what was happening it might be easier for me to trouble shoot.

Sometimes I accidentally hit this defrost button and it can't be pulled back out. Sometimes if I unplug the fridge for a while it comes back out, but not always. I couldn't find and way to manually advance the timer behind it.
