Got this today at an Estate Sale. Could it be small milk pitcher? There are no identifiable markings (that I see). Is this Midcentury or older? Maker? What is it?
Paid $6.00.

The marcasite work on the border is nice. The piece is really in great unused condition. Although I have no idea as to age, if it is really hand carved shell, or maker (possibly Vintage?).
I am guessing made in the 50s-70s? But, unknown.
It is at an Estate Sale. I just snapped a few pics because it looked interesting.
It is at an Estate Sake for $80. Tomorrow will be less. Worth getting?… or trash?
It is priced at $199.99. On Wednesday it will be 25% off ($150). If nobody bought it until Sunday it would be 50% off ($100). I’m not sure when it would be a great value. Sorry for the poor quality phone pics, I couldn’t find the 10k mark…but only quickly took pics (looks like real gold to me).
Inside it had an old battery which expired in 2013 (no corrosion). Batteries typically expire 7-10 years after they are bought…so, that battery may have been in there since the mid 2000s. I am not sure how old the clock is…. but, I am trying to get it working again.
There are no markings anywhere that I can see to identify. Probably decades old… but, unsure of age or maker.
I know it is not worth much and probably doesn’t come close to working. But, it is interesting. (paid $8.00).
There are no markings. Bought at estate sale (other ceramics there were 50s-90s)
I can’t find anything that matches it on the internet. I am assuming it is midcentury because of other items in the house….but, really have no clue.
It looks to be in good shape. I’m not sure if it works. Were all Emperors clocks “kits that you put together yourself?” Or, Did the company build some completely and sell kits? I’m not sure how old, or if this would be worth fooling around with it to get it working.
I think it is a vintage Royal Sealy "Moss Rose" small porcelain teapot, manufactured in Japan during the mid-20th century.

I can’t really find anything on the internet about it. But, I liked it.
