8 days in Warsaw with my girlfriend (first visit) romantic date ideas + budget help?

Hi everyone,

This is both mine and my girlfriend’s first time in Poland. I’ll be moving to Warsaw in September, and she’s flying in from the UK to visit me for 8 days. We’re really excited but also a bit overwhelmed trying to plan things properly, so I’d really appreciate any recommendations.

We’re looking for:

•	Romantic date ideas in Warsaw

•	Cute but not overly expensive experiences

•	Fun things for first-time visitors (not just super touristy stuff)

•	Chill days vs “special night out” ideas

•	Any day trips worth doing from Warsaw

•	Rough cost estimates so we can budget properly

8 months into a long distance relationship and my partner still hasn’t posted me should I be concerned?

My partner and I have been together for almost 8 months. We are long distance. She hasn’t posted me at all on her social media.

I’m wondering if this is normal for other people in long distance relationships or if I’m overthinking it. In my past relationships, we lived closer so it was more common to post each other, so I’m not sure what the norm is here.

I don’t need constant posting, but 8 months feels like a long time, especially since we’re approaching a year. Would appreciate honest perspectives.

[FOR HIRE] Native English Speaker Online English Tutor for Middle School Students

Hi! I’m a 19-year-old native English speaker currently living in Zambia offering online English tutoring.

I’m looking to work with middle school students who want help with:

• Conversational English

• Pronunciation

• Basic grammar

• Homework help

While I don’t have formal tutoring experience yet, I’ve volunteered at a school multiple times helping students with English and schoolwork. I’m patient, friendly, and comfortable working with younger learners.

Lessons would be online (Zoom/Google Meet). I’m flexible with time zones and especially interested in working with students in Asia.

I’ll be moving to Poland in October to study accounting, so I’m hoping to build a few consistent online students before then.

If you’re looking for an affordable English tutor

19-year-old native English speaker looking to tutor English online where can I find students?

Hi! I’m a 19-year-old native English speaker currently living in Zambia. I’m looking to start tutoring English online, mainly for middle school students.

I don’t have formal teaching experience yet, but I’ve volunteered at a school multiple times helping students with English and homework. I’m patient and comfortable working with younger learners.

I’m especially interested in tutoring students from Asia (for example Chinese students) who want to improve their conversational English, pronunciation, and basic grammar.

I’ll be moving to Poland in October to study accounting, so I’m hoping to do this online as a way to earn some extra money while studying.

Does anyone know good platforms where I could find students or parents looking for English tutors? Any advice would really help

Can my partner stay 8 days in my rented apartment in Warsaw if I have roommates but my own lease/private room?

Hi, I’m an international student moving to Warsaw in late September. I’ll be renting a normal apartment and have roommates, but I’m on my own private lease and will have my own private room. My partner from Scotland wants to visit for 8 days in October. In Poland, would I usually need to notify my landlord or anyone for a short guest stay, or is this generally fine in a normal rental?
