Looking to welcome Ptah into my practice, does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi, I've been feeling called to Ptah lately as I've started to work more on art. I'd like to start adding him into my practice and welcome him to my altar. I don't know much about him, so I would appreciate any help offered

Thank you

My job is giving me migraines and I don't know what to do

I don't usually get migraines but the situation is a perfect mix of bad ingredients. Extremely bright lights, loud noises, bad air circulation ect. Every day I've worked there so far I've gotten a migraine.

I am applying to other jobs but I'd like to find another option. The actual job is good it's the environment that's rough. They've offered to move me outside and I'll take them up on it but I'm worried my pots might act up only time will tell.

I'd like to get some sort of shading item like those leaves but this area it wouldn't be even slightly appropriate and I don't have a history of migraines so getting a doctors note would be inconvenient

Does anyone know what type of passionflower this is?

I got it from a grocery store and it was just labeled as a passion flower with no genus. I'd like to know if this one will fruit (with a decent taste) or if I should just enjoy how it looks, ideally I'd like it to be safe for tea at least, I'm fairly sure it is

I keep seeing ads for AI books and ik they're awfully written but they still make me want to check out the trope from someone who actually is a living breathing person.

Any help is appreciated tyty

Tried experimenting around to make my own grain spawn from store bought lions mane, does this look right?

I am quite excited because I feel like it does look right. The grain is sterilized curly dock grain I have celiac and don't want to mess around with any of the standard grains, but I also kinda just wantrd to see if I could do it.

What plants produce calories indoors most prolifically?

Hello I am looking for advice on what I can grow that will actually have some high caloric value and can be grown indoors without it being kinda intense (like potatoes) I already plan on trying radishes. Soul needing plants are fine btw but I do prefer my hydroponic set up. I am currently focusing on managing high food prices, and prepping for shortages.

Im currently growing: tomatoes, basil, lettuce, chard, lemon balm, rosemary, mint, stevia, micro greens, crabapples, fuchsia berries/flowers, strawberry, and calendula. I also fish occasionally to try and add calories in. Some of those are for medicinal uses.

I'm a perfect world I'd like something that produces a high yield with relatively little space and is high calorie. For instance do dwarf sunchokes exist?

Thank you for any advice

2nd attempt at a triangle piercing has failed

I was very excited today because after waiting 2 months I finally got my second attempt at a triangle piercing. It looked really cute, bled a lot less, and I liked it. I just went to clean the area and realized the bar could be felt. Which as far as I'm aware means it's not a triangle ;-; I think this will be my last attempt, at least with this piercer and piercing. It's painful af and was wrong again. I'm quite happy with his work on my vch but I think I'll wait for someone more experienced in triangles.

I still kinda like the piercing and think it's cute, is there any way to turn it into a nice set up? I basically got a 2 for one deal :p

Also

My piercing is one day old

It's a barbell

The jewelry as not been downsized

Herbal soak (recommended by an herbalist since I react badly to standard methods) and keeping it clean

No recent unfortunate events

Tree's leaves are getting darker? Is this normal?

I have a new crabapple that I repotted less than a week ago (the yellowing you see lower was previously there and I got them on discount due to this. After repotting the leaves have gotten much darker. I'm hoping this is just due to the sun but is this a sign of something else?

Why is my scab honey colored?

This happens almost every time I get a mosquito bite and occasionally happens for other things like acne. This is a mosquito bite in the picture. I got curious wondering if like some sort of healing process causes it and Google says it's impetigo. Its been happening for years? Should I get some sort of treatment or something?? Or is it possibly something else less concerning

Struggling with disturbing borderline lucid dreams, need to take control of them

Hiya, I could use some advice. I've been having some crazy dreams lately. I found some herbs that help with stuff like pain during the day or inducing sleep but since I started taking them my dreams have been incredibly odd. Usually disturbing. Very very vivid. I'll wake from a dream still inside a dream, be able to feel things as if I'm really being touched and wake up feeling like it really happened.

Thing is the herbs really help, I'd rather first try and figure out if I can reel this in somehow rather than stop using them

Ps if it helps I'm using mugwort and wild prickly lettuce both topically (don't do this with mugwort I just don't have a skin reaction to it so i am ok, u could get a rash)

Honestly I'm blaming mugwort but I meet to figure out how I can reel it in to override these weird af dreams.
