About a week ago I attempted to fix my Christmas lights dashboard all due to an EGR code P0400. We have replaced the EGR sensor. We now have cleaned the EGR system twice. The valve/spring works in it. We also went ahead and cleaned the throttle body and the upper EGR pipe that connects to the intake. We cleaned just about every easy accessible part with carbon we saw. To be honest I did think this would be it and fix the issue but it has not. We put everything back and the car still can barely hold and idle and stalls. We checked the codes again and still have P0400 along with another code P0107 for a map sensor. I’m asking for any help or suggestions at all. We have cleaned what we thought was everything connected to the EGR so I have no idea how it could still be bad. Is there another sensor down the line somewhere that we don’t know about? Is there something else we can check or clean? I really don’t know why the map sensor is showing up. It feels we’ve done everything within the EGR system and we are lost. I also will include the code report at the end of the photos. Anything helps.

Homelite versatool or whatever. Found for trash. Did usual, cleaned carb, new fuel lines and cleaned tank. Every time I tried to start it would completely flood the cylinder and plug within 2 pulls. Even with the plug out it is spraying an abundance of fuel out. I changed the carb, I changed the diaphragm, I’ve cleaned the carb multiple times and nothing has fixed it. I even have both H and L screws all the way turned right tight to see if it would control the fuel spray but nothing. I have zero clue what could be causing this. Anything helps.

2015 Subaru Outback 2.5 190k miles. For a long time now we have had many lights on the dash. This car has been dealer maintained for its entire life. It was said to be the EGR valve as it can affect a lot it codes. Dealer had the EGR valve or sensor replaced about a year ago. Barely lasted anytime before all the lights came back on. A few days ago we fully cleaned the EGR valve and sensor ourselves. We took the entire system off, cleaned as much carbon out as possible and even vacuumed as much as we could through the pipes. Put it back on and the lights were gone for a tiny bit but then came back on the next day. We have tried a lot of things and we seem to be stuck. We read the codes with our scanner and like many online it is simply P0400 shown in the last photo. We are asking for any advice. Is there another sensor we should be cleaning? Is there an additive that could possibly help clean it internally? We dont want to spend loads of money having someone do a full carbon clean. Is this something that you simply can’t avoid at this cars mileage? Anything helps.

Home lite Versatool. Picked up from side of road. I fully cleaned the carb, gas tank and replaced fuel lines. Had great spark. Put everything back together and wouldn’t fire up. Checked the spark and it was flooded. After cleaning it off and spraying the cylinder with compressed air it would keep flooding. I tightened both L and H screws all the way right to close them and it’s still just pulling so much fuel. How could it be doing this? My lines should be set up correctly. The one going to the top portion of the carb near the primer bulb is stuck in about an inch. I’m completely lost. Anything helps.

Craftsman WS2200. Just cleaned the carb fully. It would not idle and barely could start on choke. Now starts great and idles but bogs when given gas. Fuel filter seems clean. Any help is appreciated.
