First US Grand Prix

I'm headed to my first US Grand Prix this year and first F1 race ever. I'm looking for advice on what to do and tips/tricks. I bought grand stand tickets for turn 15 and have purchased the shuttle pass as well. I got a hotel in downtown Austin so will not have a car and will be using the Waterloo stop. I'm flying in late on Thusday and departing Monday. I have an amex card so I know that it is possible to get the Amex radios. I also understand that it can be very hot so prepare for the sun and have refillable water bottles. I also understand that the merch is extremely expensive at the event so probably best to pick that up in advance.

What is the schedule like on race weekend? Do we go first thing in the morning? Are there other races beyond practice sessions and qualifications on Fri and Sat? What time should we get there sunday? My thought process was to walk around the GA area part of the day on the non race days to get different views of the track? Are we supposed to spend the entire day at the track or stay in Austin for part of the day? I only know what I have seen on tv so not sure what to do in person. Any advice would be appreciated. We would fly out Monday.

BILT Palladium and best way to use it going forward

I picked up the BILT Palladium when it launched. At the time my rent was significantly lower. I have since moved and my rent is now like 6.3K. Between the BILT cash I have on hand and what i can spend going forward I can probably earn enough BILT cash to redeem the rent points, but is this really the best move? Should I be shifting over to the point accelerator for the rest of the year? Also, I take it rent payments do not count towards maintaining gold status for next year with the Palladium. I would need to spend 11-12k before the end of the year to maintain the gold status. Is it worth pushing for this. I'm not trying to meet any other signups but to make that kind of spend I would have to shift my grocery/restaurant spend over from the amex gold card which is x4 points on restaurants/grocery. Is there any word if they will allow downgrades on the Palladium after the first year and if so would that be a better move?

Diamond status on upcoming cruise

How does it work if you have diamond status and an upcoming cruise. For example, I am supposed to get a meal for two in a specialty restaurant. Do I book that in advance or do I handle all the bookings once I board?

Wifi plan options

I notice with the current wifi plans I can get a plan for two devices streaming for a certain amount if I select one passenger. If I select one streaming device for each person it costs me more. how is this enforced? Like if I go the cheaper option and pick two streaming options for myself do they just give me the passwords or something and then I can give my partner the password for her phone so we each can access our phones or is it somehow restricted that only the passenger who purchased the two device access can use the wifi?

Booking first MSC cruise need advice

I've never been on a cruise before. Via a match I have MSC diamond status. I'm about to book a three night cruise. I'd like to have a balcony room. What experience level should I book? I am thinking Fantastica may be the best fit for someone with diamond? Should I just straight out book a balcony room? Is there any upgrades available to diamonds beyond balcony? The drink and wifi packages make sense to buy in advance? We are travelling with a group but each paying for our own rooms. One of the people in our party is having a birthday is it possible to use the birthday cake benefit for diamond for someone in our party who is not diamond and not in my particular room? If not my birthday is like within two weeks of the cruise so can I get the cake for me and just use it for someone else or do they give it to the diamond person directly? Any tips are appreciated on best booking methods with diamond status. I believe we will be on the Seascape.

Getting points on rent

I just made my first payment at my new place. I used to have BILT send out a paper check and earn my points that way. However, with my new place I have to go through the building's portal and BILT provided me with an account number to enter. That payment is now being processed and it reflects on my BILT account. However, I was not given the option to redeem my BILT cash to get the points for rent. Is that something that becomes an option after the payment has cleared on my BILT account? Under the old method it gave me an option to earn rent points using BILT cash prior to having them send the check. I did not see any such option this time it just gave me the account numbers to use.

Bring me sunshine roses in pot tips

Recently bought a clay potted bring me sunshine roses shrub in a large clay pot. We are keeping it outside on our apartment balcony. Looking for any tips to have the best outcome. Located in northeast US in new york. When I water it how much water should I give it. Was told to water it every two days during summer. I noticed a little brown on the edges of a few of the leaves after it arrived from the store. Any tips for care are appreciated.

Residential building

Moved in to a large residential building. I'm being told that there is no space in the bike room and that its more for long term storage than just bikes and isn't a room I could take my bike in and out of frequently. As of now I am keeping my bike in my apartment. What options do I have? Don't they have to prove a bike room and give tenants access when they are a large residential building? How is this enforced when buildings don't comply?

Recommendations for ragdoll breeders near NYC

I'm getting a bit overwhelmed by the number of breeders and choices. I think we are interested in lilac or cream kittens. Blue may be ok but we don't want a cat that is too dark (some blues look great but others seem way way darker) more interested in a white or whiteish coat so lilac and cream both seem to fit the bill due to the more subtle color. Maybe mitted or bicolor. Anyone have a recommendation for breeders that tend to produce these colors/patterns or these colors could come from any breeder?

How much to tip movers in NYC

Moving down the block in Manhattan. What is the appropriate tip for movers? The company suggests 15-20% but I'm already paying 3k so that seems unreasonable. I was thinking $50 per move so four movers $200?

Considering FIOS is it worth it? If so which plan?

Switching apartments. Currently have Spectrum cable internet. Considering switching to verizon fios. Not sure if I should go with the 500 plan or 1gb plan. Its for two people. In a two bedroom apartment. Internet will be used for streaming to two different 4k televisions, online gaming, significant amount of work related video calls/conferences, downloading videos for work that can be up to an hour or two of content, watching content online. First question is if the 500 is sufficient for this of if 1 gb makes more sense?

Second I see with the 1gb plan they include whole home wifi. Does this mean wifi is not included if they just provide a router and that I would need to by a wifi router? Would the whole home wifi where they check to make sure every part of the home has a signal really be applicable in a two bedroom apartment where everything is on the same floor? The price difference is $15 a month, but with the 1gb I would get free installation (cost is like $99) and I would get an extra $100 amazon gift card which by my math after a year would put me $20 ahead if I do the 1gb. I could try 1gb and then downgrade if necessary?

Change of address question

When moving to another address within NYC what forms of proof can be submitted for new address? I found a form online that says I have to submit a utility bill. I don't really want to put the utility in my name based on the way we are dividing expenses. Are there other acceptable documents that i can use in lieu of that. Like an internet/cable bill in my name?

Moving within NYC

Have a premise permit. What is the process if I am moving from one address to another in NYC? Do I notify them in advance or do I do the notification upon actually moving? I haven't moved since owning firearms, so this is all new to me.
