Found a CPAP today thrifting for $20!

Plan to have this one be my backup/travel unit. Been using my ResMed 11 for ten months and I LOVE it. My optimal pressure is 9.2 and my 11 has been set that way by me. I can’t see how to change the pressure on this new-to-me Airsense 10. Pressure is set to 5-10 which is still fine, I guess to a backup travel unit. Any suggestions appreciated.

Spouse went with this plan for two reasons, he’s healthy so three years of the HD made sense to get a lower rate locked in for life. Additionally we were told it is an “Age-Issue” policy which would rise with the rate of inflation but “no other reason”.
Started in December 2024 with a rate of $97.91 June 1 2025 increase was 14.50 percent bringing him to $112.08. Today received a letter from Physicians Mutual informing us the next increase as of June 1 2026 is 25 percent bringing him to 140.10. We did not expect such a high jump. 25 percent seems unreasonable and unsustainable. We are in Arizona.
