Odd question. Say you were the film editor of the films, what scene would you edit differently?

Now let’s pretend we have a wide selection of angles to choose from, regardless on what was actually shot. Let’s have fun.

I always thought the scene where Voldemort announces that Harry is dead is strangely flat, and I think a lot of it comes down to the shot choices.
We keep cutting to wide shots showing how many Death Eaters there are, with Voldemort talking from a distance. I understand wanting to establish the scale, but Harry himself is barely visible in Hagrid’s arms.

I would have inserted more shots of Hagrid holding Harry’s body. Let the camera hold on that more. Stop showing off how big the Death Eaters are? Give Voldemort more close ups.

Also..establish where Draco is before Lucius calls out to him cos honestly it just feels he just teleported in XD

My Opinion of if comic characters appear in the games

I honestly…am kinda not for it.

Now lemme explain.

I don’t like that Sega has said the IDW comics are canon to the games. Not because I dislike the comics—I actually think they’ve got some great characters—but I shouldn’t have to read a separate comic series just to understand what’s going on in the games.

If you’re going to bring characters like Whisper, Surge, or Kit into the games, introduce them properly. Don’t just assume everyone already knows their backstory from the comics.

My other issue is the tone. The IDW comics have stuff like the Metal Virus, Starline’, Whisper’s tragic past where Eggman has a massive body count . If all of that is supposed to be game canon, then the games should actually acknowledge it.

Instead, Sonic and Eggman still have pretty much the same dynamic they’ve always had, and it just doesn’t feel like it matches a world where all of that supposedly happened.

Look you don’t have to agree. I am very happy for the fans who always wanted to see this happen and if it does, congratulations. It’s great these characters are getting more love , their designs and canon voices are great. But I’d much rather the games treat the comics as their own thing, if you’re gonna bring in the characters, rework them to fit the games .

This might be a bit unpopular but I hope Kara eventually adapts a more casual speaking dialect.

I’m not saying fully disregard the formal dorky side but sprinkle in some “yeah” or “wanna” or “I’ll “, you know?

Season 2 had moments of this.

I dunno, I like Kara being a utter dork but I kinda hope she gets less formal dialect so it doesn’t just feel like Starfire point 2

Gray hair aside, I always felt like Troughton looked younger in The Two Doctors than he ever did in the Five Doctors
