"Which groups really feel like a family to you?"

It's funny, I saw a post on r/ kpop_uncensored asking that question, and immediately said to myself, "ALAMAT". Even though, I know, it's PPOP. I said that because they all live together. Since trainee to now, they live together. IIRC, they still live at the same address!

I thought about it more. It's not only about living together. These are Filipinos. About the tightest group of people you could ever meet, in my opinion. Every member of every PPOP group has fought, cried, eaten, got drunk, and met with the family of every member.

100% of all the PPOP groups feel like a family. Not even a question.

Bought this for my cousin's HS graduation. $100 cash deal.

He's the Pokemon lover, not me. I always thought Mew and Eevee were the cutest, but the Mew looked good in this holder, and I know this was the best grade, so I got this one. I don't feel qualified to tell him anything investing-wise. But if they love me (like they say they do), then it will probably stay in their collection indefinitely.

It's very brave for an idol to share anything that could be interpreted as a political position. But I can think of no better use of your platform, than to inform.

TX, LA, FL, and others have Hot Food waivers for SNAP. But, they're all temporary; usually in response to a natural disaster. Why can't USDA just allow everyone on SNAP to buy Rotisserie Chickens?

The number of people I know that have two or more jobs is sad and frustrating. They cannot get out from under the growing cost of living disaster; and it is an actual disaster.

You telling me we can't afford to let poor people buy ready made food with tax dollars? But, we can give 20 BILLION to Argentina and spend 25 BILLION (and counting) on Iran?

People get up at 4AM only to get home at 6PM. They are tired, a rotisserie chicken costs less than $9 at a Publix. That feeds a family of four. You can put the bones in a pot and make a soup. You can toss rice into the bag and soak up the juice. That $9 more than pays for itself in terms of effort, nutrition, and TIME.

Why do politicians sit with a full plate in front of them, and pocket watch poor people? Why are poor people the target of corruption narratives? Just let them eat. Damn!

Minimum payments will keep them from calling, but it will keep you poor(er) for a huge part of your life.

I know that countless people are really going through it right now, and there is so much extra week left between paychecks. So I know they can't help it. But if you are in a position to pay MORE than the minimum, but DON'T, you are helping them rob you. I don't know anyone with an interest rate lower than 25% (and the rates just seem to keep going up!). Whenever I see a post on TikTok about someone paying their loan for years and the number being the same, I immediately know why.

In case anyone is wondering, I spent $6,000 moving across the country for a job I knew I would hate, but absolutely worth it. They pay me enough that I can absolutely overpay on my loan payments. But they also have a pension with employer match. Already planning my next steps.

There's a weight to that feeling. And the more significant it is to your heritage or historical interest, it becomes like a high that you keep chasing. It definitely keeps you in the hobby, yes?

I have a small collection of graded coins from PCGS, but their holders are all from different eras (mostly pre-2015 and 2020). I have two that are Gen 6.1S; the NFC enabled ones (one even has a QR code). My goal is to modernize and uniform holders, as well as other added benefits.

I know these probably get posted a lot, and I know mine isn't the best grade, but I just wanted to share my first, most serious piece. Serious because it is 1. my heritage, and 2. I cannot go out for a while 😆

I've always found it interesting that America "owns(ed)" a bunch of territorial/colonial type places. Hawaii became a state, and Philippines became independent (still need to add a US-PH coin). Their residents are all US citizens but can't vote for president. But, soon as they move to a state, they can register to vote without a problem. I told a LCS about what I doing and he said I might as well just add DC to complete the 2009 set. One day, when I'm rich enough, I'll get all fifty states with flag labels.

Paid $145 on eBay from a large and reputable dealer based out of North Carolina. Listen, I'm still new to this, so if these scuffs are within tolerance for a MS70 then I'm good. Otherwise, I need to make a request for a partial refund or just return. They look like cuts made from reeded edges impacting each other. I've examined it with a magnifying glass to make extra sure it's not some kind of distortion on the plastic.
