Booked a room at Secrets St. Lucia on points (100%) and was told I can’t cancel without a $50 cancel fee. However, the room was booked less then 24 hours ago and all on points. Is there any way to get out of this fee? Also, the reservation is for 10 months from now!
I just bought a car from a dealership out of state (used) and am having it shipped. As of right now, I have no dealer paperwork. The dealership had me FedEx all the signed paperwork to them overnight. Do they usually send it inside of the car? The dealer also told me the vehicle would be titled in CA. I obviously don’t have the title either and it sounds like it could take some time for the title to be sent to me from the CA MVD? I have to have a car to drive for work. What is my best option in this situation? I receive the car in three days. I also do not have a lien on the vehicle if that makes any difference. The dealer did not remit tax or registration payment. I am responsible for all taxes and fees. I’ve never bought a vehicle out of state without pre-paying taxes and fees before nor shipped a vehicle, so, any assistance is much appreciated!
I purchased a used vehicle from a dealer CA and had it shipped to me in Rio Rancho. The title hasn’t even been issued yet from the dealer. I only have a bill of sale. I need a car to be able to drive. What are my options as far as being able to legally drive my vehicle?
Hi! I just purchased a used Lexus and part of the deal was Nanocure Ceramic Grapheme protection. The dealer claims that I am getting the elite level of protection with the comprehensive warranty term (yes, I tried to get rid of this add-on altogether). Does anyone have any experience with using the warranty/benefits of this product? Am I allowed to just go every 6 months and ask for this to be reapplied to the vehicle? What do you all do to get maximal benefit from this?

Anyone know what kind of taxes and fees I would pay if I were to buy a vehicle in California and drive it back to ABQ? Is CA like AZ where they title it in the state of purchase and then you have to have it re-titled in your home state?
I just purchased a 2023 RX350h Premium Plus with 16,435 miles for 52,154. Dealer also had mandatory ceramic paint protection via Nano Cure for 1499. I tried to get out of it but dealer said it was mandatory and had been applied to all of their vehicles on the lot. Dealer additionally has 85 doc fee. The vehicle has these options: It has the cold area package, digital review mirror, heated and ventilated rear seats, premium paint, 21” alloy wheels, traffic jam assist, cargo net, cargo mat. The vehicle is certified. Dealer also stated tires had been replaced upon certification. Was this an ok price point?
