Title: Creatine users: Would you prefer 3g or 5g per serving in a honey sachet?

I'm developing a single-serve honey + creatine product and would love feedback from regular creatine users.

A few questions:

  1. If you were buying a honey + creatine sachet, would you prefer:
    - 3g creatine per serving
    - 5g creatine per serving

  2. What's your body weight and daily creatine intake?

  3. Do you feel 3g is enough, or do you intentionally take 5g+ every day?

  4. If a product contained premium creatine (e.g. Creapure), would that matter to you, or is standard creatine monohydrate fine?

  5. Would you rather have:
    - One sachet = full daily dose
    - Two smaller sachets per day

  6. Any concerns about mixing creatine with honey?

Trying to understand what actual users want rather than relying on marketing claims. Thanks!

Might get flamed for this but enjoyed these instead of gels today. They have about 3/4s of the carbs of a standard SiS gel but no tummy issues and 45p a pouch

Did a marathon in the hills today. Thought I'd see how I got on with these and thought they were decent. Obviously not the same amount of carbs as some gels but we're decent, if a bit on the sweet side. Can't grumble at 45p a pouch from Aldi too
