Ok it's true. This floor chair is amazing! Someone else posted one the other day and I immediately bought one. My rabbits keep hoping up to me with so much delight.

I was worried it would be really uncomfortable. It is not! Was only 50ish bucks on Amazon (there's a ton). TOTALLY worth the purchase. So for anyone who struggles with wanting to be comfortable while sitting on the ground with your buns this is the way!

My rabbit was housed in an outdoor hutch 4 feet off the ground that my dad made so that they could poop and the poop would just fall under the cage. We lived in an area that would reach near 100 every summer. (Inland empire, Ca) With no hide at all. She (yes she) unspayed and housed with my two guinea pigs. I know for certain my rabbit never touched a stick of Timothy hay, and certainly never ate anything but sugary fruits and mixed "fun mix" rabbit food (the one that looked like kibbles and bits but for rabbits). The rabbit hated 10 year old me. I would make costumes and dress it up and would often forget to give her water in her " ball licker' water feeder.

I have such intense guilt for these animals and how I (poorly) cared for them. I wish that the same resources 30+ yrs ago were the same as they were now.

Only saving grace is that the hutch was at least kinda large. But OMG her poor peets were probably sore hocked and I had no clue at all. Also I thought rabbits were only supposed to live 2 years max. My rabbit certainly never saw a vet.

I could seriously cry right now thinking about that poor rabbit.

Please tell me I'm not the only one.

Hey guys! I'm really freaked out. I need some reassurance..or something.I saw a post this morning on Facebook about abandoned bunnies in the park. So I quickly grabbed my x-pen, my bunny carriers and ran down to the park and snatched all three of them up within a matter of minutes. These rabbits are/were highly lethargic and super emaciated. When you touch their backs you can actually feel every single spinal bone on them. They were moving really slowly and we're really friendly. (I think because they were so thirsty). I got straight home and I set up the x-pen with felt blanket bottom, a hide, food and gravity water. I have them young rabbit pellets (oxbow) and alfalfa hay. They drank a ton of water and ate pellets for more than an hour. But that's not the issue... (They are pooping great!)

The issue is that I already have three free roaming house rabbits. (One is a 6 month old Mini rex). I'm really freaked out that these rabbits are going to give my current rabbits something. I have these three baby bunnies currently in my garage. (They seem to be well over 8 weeks but not maturity, they are obv baby bonded).

Tldr: found abandoned baby rabbits in park and have 3 free roam rabbits already.

Questions! What's the chances of them having rhv2 or some other ....something? (Mites fleas)

Q: Has anyone else had free roaming house rabbits and also tried to rescue baby bunnies? What do you do?

Q: Can someone give me some tips on how to re home quickly? My idea is to take them to the humane society in the morning when they open (closed Mondays) I think this is the best bet as rabbits locally here are usually snatched up quickly and they will be given the shots ,care and spay they desperately need.

Btw I already work with the San Diego Rabbit House (I donate and I rabbits board there, they only take shelter and returns). They can not take them and I am a Resident of San Diego for areas sake.

I feed my Gort one large night crawler a night, (very rarely one a day as well) also every few days I cover a worm in calcium.

She's quite a chunky gal. I dig her out of her piss hole and move her to her soaking bowl every 3 days.

I would like to know, is this enough for my girl?

She seems very healthy and content but I wonder if I am doing anything wrong?

I love theming my pets outfits to my micro pets but I would love to see what others have come up with.

Looking for advice from Virgin and Carnival die hards! :)

Hi all!! We got off the Carnival Firenze yesterday and received a SEA invitation (a 21+ age minimum cruise) with Carnival. It includes the drink package and 200.OBC. I priced it at 1400$ for a high floor midship balcony.

For fun I also priced a Virgin Voyage on the Brilliant for the exact dates (one day less) in a mid ship balcony with 200 bar tab and that came out to 4300.00

As this SEA sailing is a 21+ cruise it is not the same as a normal sailing (no triple or quad sailers in cabins I hear) so it's much less packed, and extras. Food is not even comparable to normal sailings from what I am hearing?

Anyone sailed both and have advice? I've sailed both Virgin and Carnival (30x cruiser here) but never a Sea.

We just got off the Ships meetup cruise on the Firenze and my hubby got a SEA mail last night! Yay!

So I've sailed Carnival 30 times and I also love Virgin cruising. Id love some info if anyone has been on a SEA cruise and can Offer Advice?

Is there anyone here who's done both a virgin and a SEA cruise. :)

Just for fun I priced out the same Virgin cruise and it would be 4300 compared to the 1400$ I'm seeing for the same type of room. That's a HUGE difference in cost.

Hello everyone, I'm currently on the carnival Firenze July 3rd through the 6th Cruise. It was a very lackluster weird show last night and everyone could not figure out what the heck was going on and why the other fireworks shows that started at 9:00 p.m were so much better??. We seemed to be really far away from the firework shows and there was just nothing that should have put us that far away from the fireworks??

I live in Coronado and I saw this message today and thought you guys would like this information for those who could have potentially been on the Luminosa or the Radiance or the Firenze last night.

I adopted Smeeg my Lion lop here from an abuse situation and he had to have his eye removed. He's my sweet little man and I love him so much.

My sweet lil one eyed muppet loves kisses and I love him.

My boys ears are missing! So is his eye. Which one of you did it?

He's a very Buncomfortable rabbit and will not sleep on any comfortable spaces. He loves wooden floors. I love this rabbit.

She's a 5 month old Otter Point mini rex and she's a sweet little diva. Softest thing I've ever pet.

She went in for surgery yesterday at 10 she was done by 1040. She recovered all night and then I picked her up at 1030 this morning. They gave me all the instructions and medication and I brought her home.

She was eating, drinking and peeing but not pooping. So at 430 I called the vet who told me to give her some romaine. Which I did. Then I went out to dinner and came home to like 100 poops 😂 so that worked!

She also took her meds without any issues. I covered her pen so she could relax and she could just hang with herself. Will check on her again tonight! ❤️

Hi all!! I have a very "Buncomfortable" rabbit (a rabbit who doesn't like comfort) named Smeegol. I know I'm making up worry here but I wanted to know, if he always refuses to walk on comfortable things or lay on comfortable things is he going to get sore hocks? He's a lion lop and so he's naturally a bit more fuzzy and prone to being warm but I live on the beach in San Diego. It doesn't go above 75 here. Is it safe to just perpetually let him lay on the wood floor? He will do anything to not lay on comfort. Is he gonna be ok?

What actually causes sore hocks?

He's middle aged (says my vet) he's adopted from an abuse situation where he looked like he had been ran over by a car and lost his right eye. Yet he was neutered and microchipped previous to being found on the streets. I wish I knew where he came from and why he is how he is. He's got a lot of behaviors that are kinda inappropriate that he obviously was not taught so it's been a slow process. I've had him about 8 months now.

Hi all! I have a maid that cleans my floors every couple days and I just got done watching my guy lick his feet and it occurred to me he could be ingesting a lot of cleaner into his body. Is there any kind of cleaner that is safe (that I don't need to mix myself) that you guys have found that works for hard wood floors and pet owners?
