I have a HP 15s ryzen 5 3450u 8/512gb. I am using this laptop for past 5 years now, nothing heavy mostly ms office work, browsing, entertainment and light games (asphalt, modern combat, sky) etc.

It has started freezing suddenly. Idk why. While running the screen suddenly freezes, i can't use trackpad or keyboard. I have to use the power key to force shutdown. And if I'm working on anything in ms office i loose all the data. Pls tell me if u have also faced the same and what is the solution.?

Has anyone purchased macbook neo? What is the best price i could expect including all the discounts if i were to buy? I am also looking to exchange my HP 15s ryzen 5 3450U, 8/512 gb. Should i go for neo or any other?
