Turnaround time was 45 days when I submitted .. 120 days later I finally receive my sub back and two of the slabs are mixed up 😭 So annoying

Making new brake lines for my civic hatch and I’m having trouble finding the correct fitting/flare I need. Anyone have the correct info?

Swapped USDM vg30de into JDM car using all of the JDM electronics. Tried to start for first time and it dies as soon as it fires. Fuel pump is working and has brand new new-style injectors. I did the EGR and plenum line delete. Any ideas what it could be?
