Should I (27F) stop or continue with (27M)?

I 27F started talking to someone 27M from a dating app and one week of talking he told me he’s moving to another country in less than 2 months. We have been talking for two weeks now. I still went on a first date and we did click and had a good time. I texted him that I think it’s unrealistic to build a foundation, especially this early on, with him being countries away (overseas) in less than two months. He’s telling me that he’s willing to do everything to make it work out because he really thinks I’m special, which is sweet. Do I let him go or continue?

It’s back :(

About 6 months ago I got diagnosed with ON after having a week of stabbing pains from the back of the head to my eye every few minutes. It came on after a long tense car ride in a storm. It seemed to then go away after taking muscle relaxers. I still had occasional stabbing pains maybe once or twice a week, along with some headaches.

Recently for the past 5 days I’ve been dealing with a stressful health condition (not related). I was very tense for five days, crying, stressed. It went away yesterday but today I am now having these stabbing pains every few minutes from the back of my head to my eye again.

Is this what happens when you have ON? It goes away then comes back after some events?

In so much pain- need reassurance!

I did a stupid thing- I stopped my birth control after ten years, for two weeks (seeing if it will help my migraines!) Restarted it 7 days ago. For a few days now I’ve been having intense unbearable cramps and no bleeding at all. I ended up in the ER and they did an ultrasound and it was normal.

I just NEED reassurance that this will stop or ease up atleast. I’m really struggling! The pain comes in waves like contractions- makes me want to pass out. Currently taking Motrin and heating pad. Thank you

No blood but cramps

So I stopped Yaz birth control for two weeks (don’t ask lol) and then I restarted it. I’m on day 4 of restarting. I’m having awful cramps for 3 days now like my period is starting. But there has been no blood, no spotting no nothing. Usually with this intense cramps, there’s a good amount of blood.

Is it possible that the bleeding won’t ever start? I know I messed up my hormones lol.

Should I go to the ER?

Should I go to the ER?

My pulsatile tinnitus is one sided and I’ve had a headache for 5/7 days today with a tiny bit nauseous. Happens when I lay down or bend my neck.

What the heck was that?

Not only do I get pulsate tinnitus most nights when laying on my side for a while but I noticed when I was laying down with my head in my hand (neck bent and arm bent with elbow on the bed) after 10 minutes the pulsatile tinnitus started. Then I had to get out of that position and it stopped quickly.

Anyone else?

Do you have face/head pressure with pulsatile tinnitus?

About 6 months ago I got diagnosed with occipital neuralgia (was having stabbing pains from back of head to eye for a week and then it went away, I have occasional stabs here and there still). About 3 months ago I developed facial pressure. Mostly happens at night with certain positions like laying on my side or stomach. The pressure wakes me up. The pressure is mostly centered around the nose. I wake up the pressure is there along with wooshing in my one ear along with heart beat sound. Once I straighten my neck, all of it goes away in 2 seconds. The only position I don’t have this is when I lay on my back with my head and neck straight. This doesn’t happen every single night, maybe every other night.
This also happens when I lay on my stomach and look up with my neck/head, this makes my head want to explode lol.I don’t have high blood pressure. I’ve had a normal head CT and ophamologist looked in my eyes (without dilation) and no issues there. Neurologist also took a peak in my eyes with no issues.

Does anyone have the similar and can calm my nerves? Lol

Acid reflux or gall bladder

For a year now, I 28 F (170lb weight 5’6 height , non smoker, birth control taker) have been having these attacks. Sometimes once a week, sometimes three times a week. The pain is between the shoulder blades. I would give it a 9/10 almost unbearable pain. The pain radiates to my jaw/teeth. Maybe 5% of the pain is in my chest area. The bloating is crazy too. Not much pain in abdomen while the attack is happening besides the crazy bloating. This episode lasts for 3-4 hours each. No anti-acid helps during the attack. I’ve been diagnosed with GERD, basically bad acid reflux. I have a feeling it’s gallbladder? Anyone has had similar?

Do you guys also get pressure behind the nose and eyes from ON? Has anyone tried hydroxyzine 10mg?

Gosh I could not sleep last night due to all the pressure in my face! I had to sleep on my back to get any rest.
