Would building a Japanese style batting center in Toronto is possible?

Hi. I am a grade 12 student and I personally think Toronto is lacking of places where people can relive their stress after school or work and having fun with their family and friends. Additionally, after the world series run from blue jays, I was wondering if people would actually be interested in going to an indoor batting center (similar to Japanese-style batting cages) as a fun recreational activity rather than just sports training.

Do you think there is potential demand for something like this in Toronto, especially as a social and stress-relief activity? Please let me know as I am seeking people's opinions though different reddit communities so you might see my posts in somewhere.

Edited: Wow, totally didn't expect these amounts of responses. Didn't expect building a batting center can be that valuable in here and also triggering people's nostalgia. I'll see if I can actually build one in the future.

Want to transfer from geographic analysis to civil engineering

Hi. I am in grade 12 and I regret to not take civil engineering. My only offer from tmu is geographic analysis. May I know how difficult is it to transfer program from different faculty to engineering faculty? Thx
