My bestfriend who was supposed to be my maid of honor ghosted me

My bestfriend of more than 10 years ghosted me because she felt she couldn’t carry the both of us na daw. She didnt respond to me for months so I sent her a message confronting her, she finally replied to say she outgrew our friendship and di niya kaya yung bigat whenever we talk. I’m just so confused coz whenever she was going through something, kahit meron ako pinagdadaanan, I’d carry the both of us. But when I needed her she decided she just cant deal with it. Also, our convos are heavy coz she shares her problems with me and I do the same- but isnt that the point of a true friendship.

I’ve been crying for days now- she was supposed to be my maid of honor.

My bestfriend stopped responding to me

**TL;DR:** My best friend and I were extremely close, but after my breakup last October, she suddenly isolated herself and barely spoke to me for months. We reconnected a little in late July/early August, and she even invited me to join her tennis club. But this week, seeing her post about other friends hurt me, so I messaged her asking why it seemed so easy for her to let our friendship go. Hours later, she posted, “Fuck you, fake bitch,” and now I’m wondering if it was about me.

Last October, my fiancé and I broke up, and it was one of the worst times of my life. I really needed my best friend then, and she was there for me during the first week. But suddenly, she stopped responding and said she was going through something.

We’ve been friends since college, and we’ve helped each other through some of the darkest moments of our lives. We both struggled with our mental health, and we were there for each other when we needed someone to remind us to keep going. That’s how much our friendship meant to me.

From December until July, she barely responded to me. I eventually reached out and asked if I had done something wrong, but she told me I hadn’t. She said she had been isolating herself from people and didn’t know why, including me. I accepted that and told her I’d always be there if she wanted to talk.

By late July or early August, she started reacting to my stories, replying to some, and even invited me to join her tennis club, so I thought maybe things were getting better.

But this week, she started posting about her other friends, saying things like “I love you” and spending time with them. It hurt because I couldn’t understand why it seemed so easy for her to let our friendship go while I was having such a hard time.

So I sent her another message saying I was just wondering what happened and why it seemed so easy for her to let our friendship go. A few hours later, she posted, “Fuck you, fake bitch,” and now I’m not sure if it was directed at me. I don’t know what to think anymore and this hurts more than my break up. What should I do?

Anong Thoughts Mo about just saying yes to sex even if it feels like a chore

This showed up to my FYP and for me this is very disturbing.

Imagine telling girls na you have to give in to your partners because that is your investment in the relationship and at least you get to finish. What the hell???? And mag starfish nalang basta matapos lang.

No. You dont owe any guy, not even your husband sex. If you dont like to have sex, then you can say no.

They are even saying na kawawa naman ????????

So disappointed.

Edit:

I see your point and I will say na for those agreeing with them made sense naman. My worry is that this was shared in the internet with context na you guys are sharing in the comments- it doesnt give the correct perspective na this is what happens in a long term relationship and as long as boundaries are not crossed then yes it may feel like a chose.

Young girls are very impressionable nowadays, they see things like this and they might take it the wrong way and think sex is an investment (this is what really grinds my gears).
