Thoughts ?

This is a makers market, as far as I can tell they don’t make or design anything themselves. There is nothing wrong with this.. but it doesn’t fit into the fireweed market. Curious why they wouldn’t just contact stores around town to stock their clothing, or simply- design things themselves ? Their campaign to paint the fireweed market as a villain is actually getting annoying at this point.

How did you stop eating so much !?

Ugh I could cry. I can eat healthy all day and come night I absolutely loose control and instantly have so much shame. I’m 6 months post partum so I know hunger hormones are all out of whack but still - I haven’t lost any and I’m very overweight. Feeling uncomfortable and like I have tipped the iceberg into really really being fat. I don’t know how to mitigate the food noise, so I’m coming here to ask from help from people who have done it. Any tools or helpful recommendations are very much appreciated.

Edit : yes I am exclusively breastfeeding!

Is earthquake coverage for home insurance worth it in the Yukon?

Any insurance savvy people have any idea…

Seems like co-op has a huge deductible if there is an earth quake…. And other companies seem to have the yearly payment upwards of $400 for the earthquake coverage …

What do you guys have for your home insurance ?

Is hot springs busy when you go?

I have never went simply because I have been completely priced out of enjoying it. Which is super sad considering I went all my life… oh well. But I’m just very curious if it’s busy when people go ? It just seems so expensive I wonder how they do .

Also if annoys me they have implemented walk ins being more expensive than booking online. I get it’s easier for them but wow really crappy for older people that might not be online or have access to getting online.

Would you do blind or shades in this space ?

Likely painting the room a warm white and eventually changing floors to a warmer/neutral light wood. Any ideas ? And color etc idea are welcome too!!

Please help me !!! How would you lay out this space ???

The last photos are the current home owners current lay out . Not sure where to put the tv or couch … or dining room table? Very open concept… can a tv work if it’s not against a wall!?

I also should mention we have a big couch that plugs in on both and pushes out into a big couch bed … so ideally the big couch should be again a wall or I will have to run cords on the floor…

How would you lay out my new home?

We just purchased a new home! It’s pretty open and the Woodstove is sort of in a weird place but oh well ! Here’s some photos of it emptied and the current real estate photos the posted with all of the people stuff.

I love a cozy cottage vibe . Also Any color recommendations to match the kitchen ? What would you recommend for curtains !? Give me all the opinions LOL
