I don’t know if this kind of post is allowed here but I wanted to hear others opinions on this. I’ve been with my tattoo artist for a decade. He got a new girlfriend and next thing I know I’m unfollowed and he will not reply to my messages. Sure I have no proof she set some sort of boundary in their relationship but I noticed he unfollowed other female clients and we’ve never had any problems with each other. I’m kind of bummed out as I have about 45% of my body done by him and now I need to find a new artist who will be willing to touch up his work.

Is this normal?

Does anyone else feel like these body mists smell extremely cheap? I recently got a set of the pink, purple and yellow one and I’m pretty disappointed. In my opinion I don’t think they’re worth the price.

So my mom is someone who takes the word “no” as an attack on her intelligence. If you don’t do what she says, she genuinely feels sorry for herself and will cry that everyone thinks she’s stupid. For context, she has BPD.

Anyways she keeps suggesting I take my 2 and 3 year old to reading time at the library. My children are the equivalent to two feral raccoons. They do not listen to no and are dead set on doing whatever they want. So naturally, I do not want to take my children to a library reading session. They are going to scream, throw tantrums and run around and it’s just not the humiliation ritual I want to put myself through.

My mom, who does not live with me, will ask me if I’m cleaning etc at my home. Like this woman genuinely believes we would all be dead if she didn’t micromanage me. I try to place boundaries and she’ll blurt out a “okay sorry!” But the behavior will continue.

Anyone have a mother like this and what do you do? I’m a desperate broke full time student and a single mom. I would pay for child care if I could afford it. Literally fighting for my mental wellness. 😭
