Ran a small healthcare ad campaign this week with a ₹5k total budget and honestly learned a lot from it.
Campaign setup:
₹500 daily budget
Promoted ₹99 & ₹199 consultation packages
Generated around 40 leads
At first I thought the low-ticket offers were only useful for getting inquiries, but the interesting part came later.
Some people who initially came for OP consultations later converted into IP patients through:
retargeting ads
WhatsApp follow-ups
regular communication
trust built after first visit
Around 5–10 leads converted further down the funnel.
This completely changed the way I look at healthcare marketing.
Now I understand why hospitals run:
₹99 consultations
free camps
discounted health checkups
The real revenue doesn’t happen on the first offer. The first offer is just the entry point.
Honestly, retargeting + follow-up seems more important than the actual ad sometimes.
Anyone else here running healthcare campaigns? Would love to know what kind of funnels are working for you.
