Feeling combative with Doctors

I know I'm mostly just scared and my fight or flight tends to land in fight zone.

But I just wasted $400 on an appointment where they couldn't tell me anything new because they didn't have my images. I already talked for the office staff and had to request extra release fourms. They assured me it was all handled. I offered to do the release fourms at the imaging clinic too, but no, they said it wasn't necessary.

Now I get an email from the doctor explaining that they can't do more with images, and can I please send them. I want to send the nastiest email.

This is a premium clinic with 4.9 stars on Google. Everyone raves about how kind and sweet they are. I don't want kind and sweet, I want results.

I also asked if I should get an MRI beforehand. (Fibroids, Endo and adenomyosis) Office staff said wait until after your appointment. During the appointment I say I'd like a referral to an MRI.

Same email the doctor says she thinks I should get an MRI.

I'm totally at their mercy. I can't just do it myself. There's super limited options. I just wanna scream at them.

This year has been hell between the miscarriages, losing all my friends because they're too busy and happy with their new babies and totally drowning in my own depression. I need this to be over.

Questioning my Endo diagnosis

  • My infertility doctor said I have silent enndomitritis after seeing an ultrasound where my ovary is behind my uterus.
  • Since then I've found through ultrasounds that my eggs are not reaching maturity before releasing. (They're a little more than half the size they need to be)
  • This has me wondering if I have both Endo and an egg maturity issue or just an egg issue.
  • I have surgery with a specialist in two months, but I'm not sure if I should wipe out our savings and further delay having children when I'm not confident the endo is the main problem.
  • Is there a way we can get more certainty about the endomitosis as a factor here? Blood tests? Salvia? Anything? How can I get more information quickly so I can make the best decision?

Found out I have endo today. Now what?

I just got off the phone with my infertility specialist, and she strongly suspects endo. We're working on starting naltrexone, and scheduling a removal surgery. My head is spinning.
I'm 2 years TTC with a blighted ovum and a chemical pregnancy in the last six months.
What should I know? What resources are you using? Any books?

Friend's baby born, due date in a week, starting with a specialist.

After two years and two miscarriages I finally broke down and gathered my courage to officially start our infertility journey. Today was the first round of blood work at 7 DPO.

I woke up to a text from my dear friends that their baby was born. Their baby who's due date was within a week of ours.

I turn 32 in 7 days, which is the due date of my first baby, lost at 10 weeks. I'm just crying today and counting down hours until bedtime.

I don't know how anyone gets though this. I just keep thinking of how in ten years I'm still going to miss these lost babies and how this will affect me for life.

Progesterone drop 8 DPO CD 22 and I'm just so bummed

After miscarrying over the holidays I'm the only one of my friends not about to become a parent. Six months and still no pregnancy. All tests are good.
Before the miscarriage my cycles were usually 27-29 days. Sometimes 25 days. But now they're 24-26 days at best.
I was really hoping to see progesterone hit 15+ today, and it's looking like another short cycle.
It's just so disappointing.

Should I test this afternoon?

My LH surges so far have been, 7.5, 30, 15, and 10, so low surges in general. Today's was 13.4, so I assume that's my surge for the month. I've seen people double test on surge days. Will that possibly help me catch a high number? Any advice?

Also for TTC should we BD today or tomorrow? I'm not sure we have it in us to do both. 😂

Has anyone tried the paid coaching service? What was your experience?

I'm considering paying to have someone look over my chart, but I wasn't able to find any reviews or personal experiences. I'd love to hear yours if you tried it.

I saw a sharp drop in progesterone along with a rise in FSH today, around 8 DPO. I'm guessing not pregnant? Ignore Mira not confirming ovulation yet, I'm only three cycles in with Mira and this one was a slightly lower surge.
