Best German food for first time?

Tomorrow I'm having German food for the first time. It's at a farm owned by Germans who immigrated here to Canada. All their meat is raised right there, which is really cool. Anyway, I don't know what a lot of this menu even means so if you were to suggest best choice for someone for first time what would you pick/suggest? https://oldbavarian.ca/menu/

$39.25, Moncton NB

From Sobeys. The popcorn and potatoes were on the discount rack and the ice cream was heavily discounted. I think it was on three bucks or something. The beans were half price and the corn was a dollar per ear. The bacon was also on a great sale. I plan to make a big breakfast for dinner with pancakes, bacon, sausages, beans, scrambled eggs, and home fries. The rest I'm not sure yet. I'll probably just snack on the tomatoes and the potato salad and corn can go with something from the freezer (it's terribly disorganized in there, I have no idea what's in that abyss anymore.)

Pregnancy/New Moms

My friend is having a baby with his Russian fiance here in Canada and I'm wondering if there's any culturally relevant sweet gestures I can make towards her that might be different from what is usually done here. The baby is due in August.

YouTube channels I could learn from instead?

Thanks!
