I know digital bro’s bought the IP but the original team aren’t there so will it even feel like Wuchang? That’s granting they even have a plan to continue it.
My next run I’m making it my main, I didn’t know about the nodes that add blight couple that with either fire or lighting temperance & you are doing serious damage. These are the latest game enemies & with swift draw added it just melts them, my save file got corrupted so this isn’t even with +1/2 pendants either. I tried axes when I first played the game but they feel too sluggish for my playstyle but spears seem to have the best of both worlds heavy hitting & fast combos.
I was the Bo Magnus ending away from platinum so I quit & saved before the story teller. I went to back up my save so I didn’t mess it up as I wasn’t sure what I needed to answer. I then go on my cloud thinking that’s where it should be, only for it to load up my previous game cycle right at the end! I’ve tried everything & I haven’t the will to start another run doing all what I’ve just done again. No matter what I try it seems I’ve overwritten this cycle I was literally just playing.
I have so many things I could say & Maulers take is so off base I genuinely think he’s one of the worst players I’ve seen on this game, his takes his combat just everything he literally didn’t figure out or understand this masterpiece of a game & how as much as people certain people that is says it’s the worse I genuinely believe they’ve never played it more than 10 hours or are just going off the heard mentally. It’s one of my ATF games/platinum & I know people of this sub get how good this game is and paved the way for future installments. I hate hearing how this is a stand alone story when my god they couldn’t be more wrong it’s basically in the middle of the cycle where people are realising that is needs to end, you have Aldia who I personally think along side Nashandra are some of the most important characters in the series, the lore is fascinating! Manus children, Aldia basically is one of the most crucial parts of the Dark Souks series in my view. Anyway sorry for rambling but I honestly adore this game & every time I come back to it I realise why.
I used longswords for like 80% of my run then when I got the Serpent Fang I respec into feathering as I was getting so bored of the Lashing Whip & none of the others outside of the Flamebringer for specific bosses really did it for me, after maybe 8 tries at Xuanyangzi getting tired of having to chase him around the arena I thought I’d try something I haven’t touched..magic! OMG the moment this happened I was just frozen in shock looking at that health bar gone in seconds, I heard on the grapevine that magic falls off mid/late game so I just never bothered I did use some feathering spells like Demonbane Strike/Echo of Lu Bingzhang which really did come in clutch against the Demon of Obsession, Now I’m going to run pure magic in my NG+ cycle & if anyone is struggling with this boss then here you go.. one shot or should I say one cast.
I e tried reloading, saving, progressing forward & still no option.
I really wanted to go running around in blue feathers.
They gave the best fight scene in Banshee & one of the best I’ve seen in a series.
