I don’t just mean champs you’re currently enjoying but since you started playing MCOC till now.

Maybe you had a blast playing a champ way back in 2020 or 2017 or 2024. Once they were at one point a champ you considered your favorite over time even if they are old and outdated.

1: King Groot - My all time favorite MCOC champ. The OG one not just the Deathless. The regen, health pool and damage made him just a questing king. Back before BGs he was so damn good for any and everything. Deathless is a good substitute for now but I would rather having OGKG as a 7 star.

2: OG Captain America - Yes he’s old and no longer useful in 99.9% of cases but back in like 2017 and before he was quite good. The ability to get up to 100% perfect block put in work back in the day.

3: MorningStar - She was a staple on my AQ team back in the day. Literally the only champ in MCOC back then to take down mini bosses and bosses back when we had link nodes in AQ. Put up a Reddit post of there being I think 5 linked nodes I including super regen and she handled it well. I’d ask for a buff but they did a good job with Purgatory and it’s a good replacement for now.

4: Patriot - I remember opening a random valiant crystal in 2024 and he popped out. Didn’t think much of it. I gave him a shot because of my like for OG Cap. Pre buff Patriot was pretty decent overall. Got him to R4 pre buff and it was good. After his buff and now ascension, he’s truly amazing. I’ve come to realize how you play him can give some very different results but played right and he’s a speed demon for kill times. Super safe on top and damn near always comes out at 100% health.

5: Spiderman Classic - I stopped playing MCOC for two years and in that time he was buffed so when I came back I didn’t really know anything about him. Gave him a chance at R2 and was like “wait a R2 unawakened SM can do some 200k sp2s? Damn that’s not bad”. Then I realized he could chain two sp2s together and went “oh I bet he could do like 400-500k damage as a stun lock. Then I decided to rank him up to R4 and sig 200 THEN I was shown that he can chain 3 sp2s as a stun lock and tested him to do between 1.4-1.7m damage as a stun lock instead. I was gonna R5 Cassie Lang but then the same week they dropped that he’s gonna be ascended and we get it for free and the choice was easy. After the next colosseum boss he’s going to R5 and I hope I can buy the keys to make him A2 on top.

Not to everyone obviously. Some people don’t care or don’t wanna know which ok, that’s their preference and if that’s what makes them happy then ok.

That aside, I think it does matter no matter how much online voices scream it doesn’t or “you’re insecure to care”. It can be an insecurity sure but doesn’t have to be.

If I chose not to sleep around at all and in fact rejected women in the past because sex means a lot to me, it shouldn’t be considered to be an insecurity because I lived what I preached and wanted someone who also views sex the same. Aka I didn’t want a woman with a bigger than average sexual count (7-9 is the average number for a lifetime in the USA so I’ll be using these numbers).

I’ll talk about the more “shallow” ones to make my point.

Things like big boobs, big ass, tall guys, more fit guys, thick women, skinny women, big penis, etc etc.

All these are fine to have as preferences. I know some of you will comment it’s not controversial but it can be on some subs and some places in general.

The issue comes in when it’s the MAIN thing or the main focus and remove all else from the person other than their physical aspects. Once you’re not doing, holding physical preferences is fine.

Size does matter sexually as much as a lot of people say it’s not. Not to everyone sure but to more people than you’d think.

Size always is brought up when a man has a smaller than average size and the comforting “size doesn’t matter it’s how you use it” point is brought up and it’s not even an untrue statement because Lesbians can have sex without any sort of penetration. But this is where my “it matters to more people than you’d think” part comes up.

Most women don’t orgasm via penetration so for most women of course size is less of an issue since clit stimulus matters more. Different studies will have it around 18-30% or so.

Try telling those women who can cum from penetration that size doesn’t matter if they go from an average size to a micro size. Toys and other things can help but it’s not the same.

On the flip side that is hardly ever brought up is, “too big” is also a thing. Most women on planet earth will not enjoy 8”+ (20cm). That often causes pain and discomfort but these men often get left out of the “size doesn’t matter” discussion because it’s seen socially as a good thing to be large down there but it’s not always a blessing.

All this also applies to Gay men as well but preferences in the gay community vary more than straight women from what I’ve seen.

I’m always curious to hear others experiences with this as I’m a father myself.

It always surprises me when I hear the bad experiences some women go through and on the flip side how nice it is when the men make life easier for the women.

Maybe it was a small act of kindness, a grand gesture, them just being present, being there when it mattered the most, etc.

Hearing happy couples is always nice.

I’ve started a play through of FO4 after like probably 6 years since I played and my favorite playstyle is the VATS rifle focus.

I’m level 25 as of now and I don’t have Penetrator yet but I always got it back when I did this build. I find myself badly missing it and I’m now gonna get both ranks. The more I think about it the more I want it.

The obvious behind cover is one advantage sure but there’s more that I find myself missing. The other is quickly being able to despatch robots and power armor enemies by hitting their fusion cores or combat inhibitors.

The other main bonus is I personally like to cripple limbs and it can be annoying when in combat they move around as moving targets tend to do which lowers the hit chance on the limb I was working. Penetrator makes this real easy to just keep targeting the part you want.

What do you guys think of the perk?

What are some stat focus on champs that you’ve found to hardly be talked about but extremely effective when used? Could be in combination with a relic that boost it even further or boost the champs abilities, etc.

I have one in mind that I find fun and useful.

Immortal Abomination: Having the energy resist stat focus on him goes a long way. He doesn’t really need the others as much and he has some energy resist baked into hit kit already so adding more takes him even more tanky and give him the ability to better handle hazard shift as an example.

Using the human torch relic adds even more energy resist so all of a sudden he’s actually viable in these sorts of matches.

Each poison on him gives him more physical resist so adding some decent energy on top just makes him even tankier and more so when adding his own weakness. Remember, weakness of attack reduction is separate from armor or resistance.

I’ve seen this all through the years. Anytime a thread about who to rank or awakened (this applies more to the other MCOC sub) unless there’s a top 10 or around there champ on the list the advice will be to wait.

A good example is currently there’s one with OP asking who to awakened with Iron Heart and Sam Wilson and 90% of the comments are saying “hold”.

This doesn’t make sense since both champs are great in literally every single part of MCOC and more so if OP hasn’t finished story content or challenges BOTH champs are damn good.

Sure he could get Shocker or Bastion tomorrow but they could also get “better” champs in 2027.

Sam was even ascended mind you.

There are many incredible champs in MCOC. The better advice is to say play the champs and get a feel and see if you like them first THEN look to awaken them.

I’ve noticed over a long time now this sub has a habit of upvoting or agreeing that players should not rank or awakened some good to great champs because it’s better to wait for another better champ to come along.

There was a thread last week where most of the comments were saying “wait for Nick Fury” when asked if to awakened a skill champ. I was confused because it sounded like we have a chance at getting him 100% but that wasn’t the case and the OP had many good skill champs already.

He could get Nick today or 2028 for all we know.

This is even worse for account under level 60 aka they have content to still be done. Waiting for a “better champ” slows them down because the champs they do have tend to be great anyway.
