Looking to even out my skin texture and small bumps, acne on cheek area. Only do home regimen using, AM PC Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. Salicylic Acid daily, after 1 hour apply myso white, then daily spf 50. I will do derma roller 1 x month with HA.
PM face wash, then apply ghkCu topical.
Skin has improved, just not to point im comfortable. Will microneedeling help speed up the process.

Morning Cardio

After 2 cups coffee, hit my long overdue morning cardio session with 25lb weighted vest. 5 min heavy bag, 1 min speed ropes, 5 min treadmill. Repeat x3. A great way to get your day started before breakfast.

2023 vs 2026

Decided to make life changing events. After 2020 HA, took me 3 years and trt to jump back in. 250 to 200, off and on. 2025 to current is my real transformation. I wont go back. Not going back to Barstow. Pushing 50 in few years. Plus my sx drive is out of this world.

No workout in 12 days, been traveling.

Omg. So much traveling for business and personal. Oregon, Nevada, California, Texas. Now back to Texas Thursday. Cannot wait to get back on my Protien intake, fitness/ weight routines. Traveling really takes a toll on body and mind. Last workout was 12 days ago. Yes, I added a little brightness to the photo, too dark.

Love my mornings when I enjoy my coffee. Looking forward to my daily peps. Rotate each daily. Nad50mg, gulta200mg, klow5mg, ghk5mg. This is my pep routine that I swear by. Add in my eod trt give me the drive and endurance to accomplish anything physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
