Located St Albans, I have tv, washer, couch, tall boy with matching bedside tables, bed frame, kitchen stuff etc for sale. Some freebies and most going very cheap as I’m struggling to sell, let me know if u need anything cheers

First national / Westside real estate, name and shame, no fear

Firstly I live in st Albans. This is a suburb you get placed if u are not valued by society. So its not surprise the re here sucks. Let’s get into it.
Rental has a lot of issues I never noticed on inspection. Including: piss all over walls in toilet nearly reaching cieling, suss vents, gutter spilling water, plants scraping on apartment, clanging blinds, kitchen exhaust so dirty it does nothing, out of date over sensitive fire alarm, land lord fix it yourselfs designed to be intentionally bad and intrusive such as metal rod going across where u stand in shower. Upstairs neighbour with narc personality disorder. Dysfunctional heater that is purely just a sound tunnel to upstairs neighbour. either the re or landlord or someone would regularly come into the property without permission and steal and rearrange things and more.
Then we have constant disrespectful texts telling me rent is overdue when it’s not. Harassment about upstairs neighbours false compplaints. No inspections or maintenance what’s so ever. Rude staff.
I could go on but that will do for now. I blocked multiple numbers from them spamming my phone and they still try to do it. Joke of a company that tries to bully renters. That is all.

Help with gumtree au app

Hi
I am using the gumtree app on iPhone and when I upload pictures on my ads they come out blurry.
Anyone know how to fix? I changed camera to compatibility so it saves in jpeg and the file size is below max. The photos look fine but when selected from photos and uploaded they are blurry on the add. iPhone SE 3rd gen. Cheers.
