Picking a college (I dont want to make the wrong descion)

Here is my situation:
I am an EE major who has been accepted to SCU (Santa Clara University), but I also just got off the Cal Poly SLO waitlist, and I'm deciding where to go to maximize job opportunities (may go to grad school to specialize).

Due to my family's financial situation, both are free to me so it is a matter of which will give me the best oppurtunties

Any advice from those in the industry?
Thanks!

Im scared I will make wrong choice :(

So

Background: Incoming freshman going to a mid-private school less than 30 min from my HS on a full ride because UCs and my T10 didn't give me enough aid.

If u say at least you're near parents, I'm not, as they moved to the second I graduated.

I have, for as long as I can remember, I've wanted to do EE (not that I have done a lot to this point other than a few clubs and maybe Arduino), but now I see a lot of people switching from CS and many other majors to EE, and now I am considering going into Civil (They are ranked much higher in Civil than EE) because I'm scared I will not get a job 😢
What do you think? Should I pursue EE, or should I switch in hopes of a safer path? I am having trouble deciding, and this keeps me up at night because I dont want to make the wrong choice.

Math 12 Content?

I am taking Math 12 equivalent at Foothill over the summer in order to accelerate but I noticed that my course doesn't cover:

Improper integrals

Parametric and polar curves

Arc length and surface area

Elementary differential equations (separation of variables, slope fields)

Will I be fine to go to Math 13 without these?

How hard to go from EE to a career in Nuclear?

Hi

So for a long time I have wanted a career in nuclear, but as my uni didn't offer Nuclear, Materials or Chemical, I just went with what sounded most interesting and did electrical. I am wondering whether it would be possible for me to work at a nuclear plant or maybe get a nuclear MS without redoing a lot of courses? How hard would it be?

Thanks any advice is welcomed

How much engineering vdid you know going into college and how much now?

Incoming freshman here. I'm curious how much engineering knowledge people actually had when they started college, and how much they feel they understand now.

I honestly have almost no engineering background. No one in my family is an engineer, so I don't really know what a typical starting point looks like or where I should be getting started. Because of that, I sometimes feel behind compared to other incoming students. The most I have done is some very basic Arduino

Part of what's making me nervous is that I have a lot of ideas for projects and things I'd love to build, but I don't have the skills yet to actually make them happen. My long-term goal is probably grad school, so I'm also trying to get a sense of where I stand and what I should be aiming for over the next few years.

I also feel like I wasted my high school because some of the people I know who are going into EE or whatever discipline have already done some pretty impressive projects, while I'm starting from basically zero.

What is your most complex project you made in college.

Incoming freshman wondering because I have a lot of cool ideas I want to try but don't have the skills to do them yet, and I want to know where I stand and what I should be aiming for. End goal is probably grad school

Put how much knowledge you had before u entered college cause I have none :(

How much engineering did you know going into your degree?

Incoming freshman wondering

How much engineering did you actually know when you started as a freshman, and how much do you feel like you understand now?

I feel behind, as I know nothing nor where to get started as I have no one who does engineering in the family. I feel like im wasting my summer while everyone is doing something amazing as the few people I know who are doing EE have done some insane projects.

What executor do I use?

Idk what executor to use I'm new to this and dont wanna buy a paid one. Which do you recommend because it is so hard to know which are unsafe as everyone has differing opinions.

I heard Madium is unsafe; Velocity got ratted and Xeno is ass so which do I use
