CT scan language question

Vasculature:

Calcified atherosclerotic disease of the aneurysmal abdominal aorta. IVC is unremarkable.

Does this mean I have aortic anyrsmn??

This was an incidental finding for an er visit for diarrhea related illness. The er doctor never even brought this up. I already knew about the calcification.

Confused on CT language

I was in the ER for a different issue and I was not even told about this incidental finding but it reads as follows

"Calcified atherosclerotic disease of the aneurysmal abdominal aorta"

Are they saying I have an aortic aneurysm? I already knew I had some calcification from a calcium score test

The word aneurysmal throws me

lactate dehydrogenase high - Im scared

My hematologist ran a long autoimmune and inflammation panel on me because my ferritin has been elevated for over a year with unknown cause, including hemochromatosis negative. All of the tests came back normal including the c reactive proteins, but the LDH was elevated at 253. Ferritin still 428. I was 2 days rest from working out- my normal gym routine is 5 days a week, but I still had soreness from the workout that 48 hours prior. Of course Dr Google has scared me into thinking I have cancer or some disease now. My follow up with my hematologist is not for another week so I'm asking here in the meantime. Are there benign reasons why LDH can be elevated?

Why can't stool stay compacted together and is it even a real problem? Rough week

Ibs-d diagnosed. Never found any issues on colonoscopies. Just told IBS. I never really understand why a bowel movement can come out super fast fall apart in the toilet and look really abnormal. Aren't we taught that we are supposed to have Bristol 4 logs? I thought metamucil was working but then I have these days like the last three where stool does not stay compacted. It looks like mush and is disgusting. Husband tells me I should stop worrying about it and flush and forget because all my tests have been normal. I think I just am on a mission to not have these rushing out stools of mush and it's really bothersome. There's also aching in the colon under the belly button before and after it happens. Is the answer truly just taking a half dose of Imodium everyday? I'm tired of trying to get tasks done and then be rushing to the toilet again because of a cramp. It's truly putting a damper on my getting things done.

Are statins hard on GI bowels? (I have IBS D)

Its inevitable the dr. Will be putting me on statin because I cannot get my LDL under 100, despite a low lipoprotein A. My only concern is it giving me diarrhea or loose stools. Is that a side effect? I already have pretty awful IBS that is under control for most part with meds and psyllium. Thanks for any help!

Psyllium fiber makes stool strange looking? Help... (IBS D) TMI

Taking 1 sometimes 2 tsp of metamucil psyllium at night to get more formed stools with IBS D in morning. Most of time the poo looks really strange, like puffy bloated stringy coated soft logs that kinda fall apart when it's flushed. Almost like the form isn't that tight. Is this what it's supposed to look like? I figured it would be bulked a bit tighter than this consistency? I always thought the fiber was supposed to tighten up the loose stools?

Orlando area. Which type is this? Last night I found this guy crawling on the kitchen floor - I then found another one alive inside of a closet light fixture and today I found a dead one behind the toilet. I have searched the house and do not see any wings anywhere and I do not see any signs of feces or tunneling in the house. All look exactly like this photo and without wings. We have lived in this house in Central Florida for almost 20 years and have had termite protection bait stations replaced yearly without anyone ever telling us we have had an issue. This is really freaking me out because they just replaced the bait stations a week ago and I have never once seen one of these before. Does this mean infestation?
