My rescued goldfish, Mochi and Goldie🧡🩷

It was so hard taking pictures of them lol. I only had pet fish as a child years ago. learning to take care of these two has been a fulfilling journey so far.

Finally no white cast!

Hello olive friends!

For those of you with light medium, neutral leaning warm, muted olive skin tone, that find Fenty’s foundations in the shade 225 to be a good match, this mineral sunscreen will be something to consider! I’ve been looking so long for a mineral sunscreen with no Silicones that wouldn’t leave me looking like a ghost. I found this to be the closest fit to my skin. Even tho there’s other products that might be a closer match, they have chemical fillers on them, which is something I’m trying to avoid.

It’s somewhat heavy (don’t feel it once blended) and has a thick cream texture, easy to blend, leaves the skin luminous (which I like) and doesn’t cling to dry patches like so many other mineral sunscreens. The shade is golden, but once blended it gives that light warm sheen. I have combination skin and use double cleansing to remove it. I’ve been loving it so far.

Only downside is that it’s somewhat pricey.

Hi everyone. I really really need help. Literally took my baby to all vets available to me and they’re the worst of the worst literally no real understanding of birds health and concerns.

A lil context: It all started when I got her checked after she kept scraping the bars on her cage, I was scared she injected something so I got her X-rayed and then the second visit because she always had problems in her nostrils she was diagnosed with Rhinitis and the Vet prescribed the medicine on the first image, two years forward from that visit on she lost all feathers on her legs and lately I’ve noticed her feathers became noticeably darker and greasy. Last time she was weighed the doctor said she was just a tiny bit underweight and she was prescribed a supplement then her weight was back to the lower/normal range. They tried to take a blood sample from her twice first vet nothing came out her wing, second vet he literally injured her and then said the blood wasn’t enough for a sample! These so called veterinarians just kept making things worse for her and no body knew how to handle her correctly in the first place as she’s not really that tamed and she bites, my poor girl got so so stressed. Got her a scrap test, they said it was fine. And they don’t have PCR kits for Avians, only cats and dogs.

I don’t know what’s going on or what else I can do, please any insights or help would be so appreciated.

Has anyone heard of Acute Autonoetic Dissociation? That terrifying, petrifying moment where you feel like you literally completely detached from who you are and no longer recognize yourself for a few seconds? It’s not Depersonalization as I did experience it, and it’s nothing like it, nor it is an actual dementia because at the moment deep down you’re aware it’s happening but just that spike of terror and detachment that happens in a split second. Went to psychologists, neurologists and have been searching for years for something or someone who can explain what’s going on. It’s especially worst before my period, first two days of it and before sleeping or when I didn’t get enough sleep. It started 8 years ago when I stared at the mirror for a split second and it all began. Now it happens sometimes when If I think about myself a lot or stare at my body. Also if I’m sleepy and out with friends or at work and I’m just scared it would happen in front of someone else.**

**Any help or insights would be so so appreciated.**
