For people who genuinely prefer being alone, what do you do when you suddenly want company?

I genuinely prefer being alone. It’s not because I’m shy or can’t make friends, people have befriended me and I can talk to people just fine. I just find a lot of socializing unnecessary and draining, so I choose not to do much of it.

But every now and then I’ll have a day where I actually want to talk to someone, and then I realize I have nobody I can just randomly call or hang out with.

For people who are similar, how do you deal with those days? Do you just accept it, reach out to someone you haven't talked to in a while, go somewhere or something else?

Is Times Consultant good for my Italy Student Visa

I am thinking off applying through TC but I don't know if they are trustworthy or not. I never had an experience with them and neither anybody from my family so I am a bit confused on whether to apply through them or not. If anybody had a prior experience positive/negative with them then do let me know and if you can tell me their consultancy fees than that would be great as well. I don't want to waste an year because of some documentation errors. I am one of the very few people in my family to apply in a foreign country for education so I have nobody to guide me into applying myself. Your help would be appreciated. Thankyou :)

Pakistani student applying for Italy (2027 Intake) – Need advice from those who have actually gone through the process

Hi everyone,

I'm an 18-year-old student from Pakistan planning to apply for the 2027 Bachelor's Intake in Italy. I'm looking for a business related degree taught entirely in English at a public university to minimize expenses.

My priorities are:

  1. Applying in the first admission cycle as early as possible.

  2. Maximizing my chances of admission.

  3. Getting a scholarship (DSU/Regional scholarships or any others available).

  4. Keeping my overall costs as low as possible.

I've been researching on my own, but I would really appreciate advice from people who have actually studied or are currently studying in Italy.

I have a few questions:

  1. Which public universities would you genuinely recommend for an international student studying Business in English?

  2. Which universities have the best balance of admission chances, scholarships, and overall student experience?

  3. What resources did you use to prepare for CEnT-S, and what would you recommend?

  4. How long did it take you to prepare for the entrance test and IELTS?

  5. What are some common mistakes I should be careful of not making during the application process?

  6. If you received a regional scholarship (DSSU/DSU or equivalent), how difficult was the process?

  7. For students from Pakistan (or other non-EU countries), how was your student visa experience? What questions were you asked during the visa interview, and what should I avoid saying or doing?

  8. How much bank statement did you guys show that got your visa accepted.

I'm trying to make a detailed roadmap before applications open later this year, so any advice, tips, resources, YouTube channels, websites, books, or personal experiences would mean a lot.

Thank you in advance!

Got tired of tracking my local football stats on Google Sheets, so I used AI to build my own retro PWA. Looking for honest feedback.

Hey everyone,

I play local football with my friends and I’ve always had this thing about tracking my stats. I searched everywhere to find an app that could track everything from basic stuff to fully detailed stats. After literally searching and looking up every few days to see if a good app popped up on the Play Store or a new website, I couldn't find one.

So, I started tracking on Google Sheets. It was pretty basic and I used some formulas to try and make it interesting, but it didn't work and just felt like a chore to me.

Recently I just had the urge to rebuild my tracker using an AI model. Since we are in the age of AI, I started digging into multiple things and stumbled upon one that served me well and surprised me in many ways. I'm gonna be totally honest with ya'll that I did most of the stuff with AI, since I have literally no coding background and this was just a personal project for me. After many hours of figuring stuff out and adding features, I finally came to my v1 of the app and published it.

For the design, I chose a retro neo-brutalism look because I always find that particular style very pleasing to the eye and liked it personally.

The app has many features and I will leave most of it up to you guys to check out, but one of the main standout features that I like the most is the career heatmap of where you scored the goal from. I always wanted to find a way to track this metric just like the pros get to do.

A few technical details on how it works:

The app is fully local-storage based, so your data is literally your own data. I don't have access to it and neither does anybody else. It works as a PWA, so you can use it as a browser app or install it directly on your device.

Because of this, the sync process across devices is something you manually have to do. I recommend exporting your data every match day so in case your browser cache gets cleared, you still have your backup. This also serves as your multi-device data transfer—if you want to access it on a different device, you just send the exported file to that device and use the import button. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but since I had no prior app development background, this was the best system for me. On the bright side, the app size is almost nothing because it's a PWA, and your backup data will always be just a few KBs, so storage is never an issue.

Explore the app for free and do give me some feedback. I would really appreciate it, and it will boost my motivation to keep the app going and work on new updates here and there.

Remember, this is just a personal side project for me and I am the only creator. I don't have a full team or people to help me, so any bugs or errors can take a bit of time to get fixed, and adding new features or changes will take a bit of time too.

That is it from my end, I appreciate any positive or negative feedback you guys have.
