Hi guys, I know this isnt what I’m supposed to post but I need advice at the moment, went into a tree avoiding a car today and wrecked the front of my na, engine still starts, is there any chance it could be reparable or does it look too bad?

Recently got an East German transitional type bayonet although the scabbard hanger is in very poor condition and the leather is incredibly stiff/hard. Is there any way or restoring it at all or softening the leather to a usual degree? Many thanks!
