These so called influencers and even the store owners of food outlets are promoting offers on food on the occasion of the Independence day

I went to 2 outlets, as per the offers promoted on Instagram

One was get a free tea on ordering anything from the menu

And the other was get 15% off on the whole menu

So just to test the reality of the offers, I didn't ask at the counter while placing or during payment about the offers

Not to my surprise, they didn't fulfill the offers

Some might not call this a scam, although I didn't lose a fortune but just wanted to highlight how people are misleading others in plain sight.

Just for the sake of the promotion of the outlets they're promoting fake offers.

I bought 30 pcs for ₹230

Legit or got scammed?

So one of the roads to my home is closed due to overbridge construction (since 3 years) due to which the delivery partners have to cover extra distance for delivering the food to me or have to take a shortcut (which delivery partner didn't know about).

So the delivery partner called me and asked me to give him tip to get my order delivered, I denied his request then he asked if I can come to a mid point/location to collect my order, I denied his request again.

Then he somehow came walking and delivered my order after 45 minutes after collecting the order from restaurant whereas it could've taken only 15 minutes

Now I have ordered previously from the same restaurant and didn't face any issue

Has anybody faced any similar situation?

Does any such group/community (active) already exists?

Is it a good idea or not?
