I was on zepbound for 10 months and lost 70lbs. I felt great on it but insurance stopped covering it this year and I didn’t want to pay OOP. So my doctor suggested foundayo since it’s much cheaper. I’ve been on 0.8 for 1 month and I’ve lost nothing. The food noise is still there, I’m not getting that full feeling that zepbound gave me nearly instantly. Is this not for me? Or do I need to go up doses to find out? I just don’t want to waste money on this if it’s not working.

I had bypass in 2021 and lost 150lbs. Got pregnant and gained 45lbs. Then I tried zepbound and it was amazing, lost 70lbs in 10 months but my insurance decided to stop covering it and I didn’t want to self pay so I stopped and gained back 20 of the 70. My doctor recommended foundayo instead since it’s cheaper, I’ve been on it 2 weeks and haven’t lost a single pound. My first 2 weeks on zepbound I felt the effects immediately and lost 10lbs those first 2 weeks. So far I have 0 symptoms on this pill.. I’m wondering if my bypass is making it so that I don’t absorb the full effect of the pill? Just a little discouraged and it’s making me consider going back to zepbound and paying the hefty cost lol. Anyone experience something similar?

I picked up my first bottle yesterday and i am eager to start but I’m nervous becuase I’m leaving on vacation this Saturday for 8 days. Would you start now or wait until you got back from vacation to start? I was just wondering what everybody’s week 1 side effects were?

Idk maybe that’s just me but I was told Any type of fall in the 3rd trimester can be dangerous and should be seen just to make sure the baby wasn’t in distress

I was on zep for 8 months and lost 80lbs. I did amazing on it, my doctor even considered me a super responder because I hit my goal in less than a year and was steadily losing the whole time. But of course my insurance dropped coverage for it so I was left with either paying OOP or stopping. I decided to stop and I gained 25lbs back during that time so now I want to try a cheaper alternative to see if it will work similarly. Has anyone gone from an injectable GLP1 to foundayo? How was your experience?
