Hey everyone! I'm currently a student and work at an ER Hospital. I have been recently working on blood draws from the Lateral Saphenous vein in dogs or the Medial Saphenous in cats. I feel as though my technique is great and even the LVT watching me says so too but I just cannot seem to get any blood. One I locate the vein, sterilize the area, etc. I press next to the vein with my non-dominant thumb to stabilize it, I have my bevel up, I usually press the needle right along the vein before entering. I do tend to enter pretty shallow since I know they are superficial veins and I get worried about puncturing. I pull back, but nothing. Even the LVT says that I am right there. I practice one-handed with a syringe all the time to make sure I am pulling back without pushing the needle forward. I know its hard for any of you to help since you haven't seen me in person, but any advice would be incredibly helpful.

I literally cannot figure RC out... what are some tutoring resources that dont break the bank?

So for RC, I seem to do pretty well untimed, but right when that timer starts ticking, I freak out. I have yet to find a strategy that works for me

I've tried highlighting, tagging, only writing main points, only focusing on structure, but I just can't seem to find a method that works for me. I know not to get bogged down in tje details, and I know to focus on POVs, Author Attitude, and overall structure, but when it comes time for me to do it... idk what happens.

I am really good on MP questions as well as primary purpose Qs and broader picture questions, but I tend to suffer on inference questions and what certain POVs would agree/disagree on.

I feel like I'm at a point where I do understand the ins and outs of RC, but under time, I freak.

Should I go back to doing untimed practice? Should I stick with doing timed? Should I do whole sections? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and any other tricks for not getting bogged down in the details but still answering the specific/inference questions would be amazing

Hi all, I am totally freaking out and I need some advice because honestly I feel like giving up. I've been studying for a month and a half now and after just a few weeks of studying, I saw my score increase and I started feeling really solid on a bunch of questions. However, I had some really bad sections and ever since then, I haven't been able to recover. The question types are ranging from anything now and I think its due to me being in my own head. I am second guessing myself constantly, I have no confidence in my answer choices anymore and I honestly dont know what to do. I genuinely understand the concepts for most of them and how to handle question types (for the most part), but I cant get out of this slump where averaging about 10 wrong person section. I am literally driving myself crazy and have been having multiple breakdowns. I feel like im totally spiraling over this and I feel like i will never get back to where I was

Helloooo everyone! I am finally playing my Resist Durge character after playing multiple Tavs and I am in a pickle, albeit a really silly one.

I have no idea who to romance. I always romance Gale for a few reasons

1. I absolutely adore him. 2) he reminds me of my husband. 3) I think he is just the sweetest

I really like the idea of him with Resist Durge because they have both been led astray by their gods, both have thoughts of the world being better without them in it, and both feel hopelessly abandoned and trying to find themselves

For context my Durge is veryyyy tempted to be bad, but she is trying hard to fight it. She slips up occasionally, but feels horrible after. She cam definitely be persuaded to do something bad and is basically fed up with everything.

I've heard Spawn Astarion is the best romance for Resist Durge. I do love their dynamic of trying to save each other and not having control over their bodies. I think thats extremely powerful, but I know he is an enabler and I really don't like how he totally manipulates you at the beginning.

Also, I feel really badly for my wizard if I dont romance him.

I already had the weave scene and then at the Tiefling party, my Durge wanted to feel wanted so she slept with Asatrion. So I know I'm going to have to choose

I know its just a video game and these are a bunch of pixels, but I need advice LOL

I dont want to download the Poly mod, but am getting more tempted lol
