I’ve seen on here sometimes that people are able to grab bags of coins from their banks. I imagine it’s credit unions since they’re the main banks who have the coinstars in their lobby. Anybody wana give me the inside on which banks do this👀?

Asides from sorting through them for variety’s and errors I just have 100+lbs of copper Pennie’s sitting by my desk with nothing to do with them. Any ideas on what I should do with them?

I’ve been diagnosed with MS since December of last year and I’ve got some questions with it comes to working out. I usually do cardio on a treadmill at a 7 incline at a 3 speed for 45-1hr at a time and I was curious on if yall guys who workout typically do weight training. If yall do weight training do y’all usually do free weights or do yall stick to machine weight type of workouts?
