Any advice for a dog that overpowers me?

Hi there I have an 85 lbs German shepherd mix. She is spayed and I've had her for 2 years from the shelter. I've been working on her for this whole time doing diy online training courses , learned a few things to manage the situation but not fix the issue. And just recently started working with a balanced trainer in person.

I've tried every tool.under the sun. The only thing that helps is the prong but the issue is she tends to get overstimulated by it and gets even more amped up because i try to pull her away from situation in the middle of a reaction but she escalates even more to the point where she'll come at me.

If I give her leash she'll be in front of mez sniffing at everything. If I don't give her a lot of leash and holding the leash with one of my hands near the glass then she gets agitated and frustrated. At least I think this is what she's experiencing.

The scent of dogs gets her aroused. Its almost as if she's looking for dogs and enjoys reacting because it's fun for her and self reinforcing.

Her hackles go up when she's aroused, her ears are peeled up and her pupils dilated.dhes very strong which is why I can only handle her with a prong.

Does anyone else experience this same debate.
