Dress for Mallorca elopement

Hi gang!!

My partner and I are eloping quite spontaneously in like 6 weeks 😳

I've been looking at dresses, and found one, but it's 100% polyester. We'll be in Mallorca in August so I'm worried it's not wise to go with this dress. I don't want to be a sweaty bride lol.

We'll be galavanting around the island for the day with our photographer so I'm just wondering what y'all think.

Should I get this and maybe another dress that's a bit cooler to wear? This dress was also only like $200 lol 😍

Or should I scrap it and find something else?

Cereal mash with no boil

There was a thread 4 years ago asking this same question. I'm looking for some insight on timing if I were to mash in (milled rice + milled malted barley) at 160°F and then step mash to 185°F.

Any idea how long I'd need to rest at 185°F?

Before y'all tell me there is pre-gelatinized rice available and that cereal mashing is unnecessary, I know, lol. We're wanting to use some special rice for a collab with a sake brewery nearby.

Hi neighbors!

My team and I (about 9 people total) will be visiting Charlottesville next Tuesday 5/5. We work on the production team of a local brewery in the Richmond area and are taking the day to explore our beautiful neighboring city. We plan on taking a tour of a sake brewery and getting drinks at Selvedge as well.

I've reached out to a couple wineries to see if they'd give us a tour, but I wanted to have a backup option in case that doesn't work out.

I'm looking for somewhere for us to go to maybe picnic that's not too far away, maybe around 30 mins or less? Bonus points if it's within 15 minutes from the sake brewery! Anywhere with beautiful views, things to do, or just a nice atmosphere to hang out at.

Would y'all be able to suggest somewhere for us to explore and maybe plop down for lunch or a light snack? Open to other ideas as well! Hoping for something that doesn't include a lot of drinking, since the other activities we have planned are alcohol focused.
