Current Balance Confirmation of my Fintiba Blocked Account
My caseworker is strictly demanding a current July 2026 balance confirmation (Sperrsaldenbestätigung) showing my full name and current blocked balance. However, this document is completely missing from my online portal's documents section (my last statement is from April).
Furthermore, the app's virtual assistant/chatbot is not providing or generating the document when I ask for it.
I would highly appreciate any advice about how to get this document, knowing that i already printed the account balance page but it misses my personal information as it is just a web page and not an official document, (and knowing how unhelpful Fintiba email support is).
